We’ve liked the hotel! Service, personnel, location, large room (triple room) basic but in classic style, cleanness and breakfast are very well. They also give voucher for bar which is a nice welcome gift.
What is missing in the rooms: air condition (rooms are very warm during night time), no safety box and no fridge. Street sides are noisy at night time but after midnight it is ok. We advise the hotel, as keeping the missings in mind.

3 stars from me to a 3 star hotel, reason for that is because the people in the restaurant downstairs was super loud. Disrupting my sleep throughout the night, they left at 4am which was ridiculous. Hotel management needs to do something about this.. hotel itself is okay.

Very clean and well-maintained—both the hotel and the room! Just a heads-up: there’s no aircon, only a fan. It was cool enough for me, but my friend felt it was a bit warm since we visited during summer. The hotel might look a little dated in photos, but in person it’s airy, and doesn’t have any musty smell at all.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to the Old Town, with plenty of eateries right next to the hotel. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. For the price I paid, I’d say it’s definitely worth it—especially with free breakfast included!

I love the old school key system but it’s super heavy.

The hotel located in the central of the town. Very convenient for walking around the city or finding a good restaurant. The room is quiet on standard. No air-conditioner in the room, needs to open the window to get some cool air during summer.

Amazing value hotel in the heart of Graz! Its a bit older yes, but it is super well mantained, looks classy and the staff is friendly. Our room was quiet, clean and smelled nice. Breakfast and location is amazing.

For parking we did P+R Murpark and then with tram 15min more or less to the hotel doorstep. Much better than bringing a car to a city center imo.

The hotel's location is excellent, the parking is available at a cost of €20, it's a shame that it isn't explained on arrival, you have to ask for everything. The room on the third floor is functional, the breakfast is excellent.
