Hotel Heimgartl in Innsbruck

Incredible location, atmosphere, dining room and service. We stayed for two nights over Christmas and felt instantly at home. The breakfast was delicious and the owner went over and above at every opportunity - imparting lots of local knowledge and relevant info based on the time of year. The room was very clean and comfy, not the best view or the biggest but absolutely suited our needs. I would stay here in a heart beat again and would recommend to all family and friends.

We stayed just the one night and it suited our needs. The staff were friendly and welcoming, convenient 15minute walk along the river to the main sights/town. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the made to order eggs. Room was very clean. Room size was typical for Europe as was the bathroom. The only two downsides were the beds were rather soft, so not much support (which may not bother some people). And that you couldn't adjust the temperature in the room and they asked you not to open the window so we found it hot when trying to sleep. Our room faced the road but we didn't get much road noise. Would stay again if passing through Innsbruck

What an amazing and quaint hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we had questions or needed suggestions of food or activities. Located right on the river and with an amazing view from the front terrace.

This hotel was small in my opinion. However, the hotel staff was excellent. He held us for lifting our luggages and suggesting how to walk from hotel to old town Innsbruck. Moreover, there is parking area in this hotel

A great hotel for families! Super location with great views (particularly from the comfortable deck), kind and attentive staff, and easy parking. A short walk to a bridge across the River Inn brings one to a nice, small park with an excellent playground situated on the wide-ranging river-walk which offers extensive opportunities for walking, biking, or rollerblading.

The hotel breakfast was a delicious start to a day full of adventure and the excellent Alpenzoo is a short distance away.

The hotel's reception does close at 19:00 but they have a very good setup for late arrivals.

Amazing staff. Very friendly and helpful. Spent plenty of time to explain the area, sights, and activities. Walked us to our room to make sure it was good and it was perfect. Large room and great parking. Very near public transportation if you don’t feel like driving and parking in town.

We were very impressed with the attention to detail that we received in every respect, especially the receptionists & their kindness. The rooms were quite comfortable & the view was beautiful!!!
