This hotel is super convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Innsbruck train station. It has a charming, old-school vibe, and the cleanliness was pretty good. Even though my room faced the street, it wasn't noisy at all. The only downside was that the floor in the room creaked quite a bit and felt a bit unstable, which was a little unsettling. On the plus side, luggage storage is free and a great perk!

This hotel is in an excellent location, not far from Innsbruck Hbf train station and right in the old town. However, the rooms are quite old.

The best thing of this hotel is location, not far from Innsbruck HBF (5 mins by walk or 1 bus station). You will see the big gate at inter-junction.
And just 5 mins by walk to downtown and any tourist attractions.

*****The most important thing is operation time of staff in only 7-11am and 3-7pm!!!! There are no any staffs with not operation time, so the door was lock. I had to walk back to train station for my luggage storage and pay more €20, tired and wasted the time. Please check your time to come for check-in at hotel*****

The room is a bit tiny and loud from traffic outside and bell-ring from church.
Staff were so nice and keen to help.
Breakfast was very nice with variety of choices, such as; Cereal, Yogurt, Coffee, Cocoa, Tea, Milk, Bread, Ham, Cheese, Jam, etc. I love it!

Having a kettle in the room and a toaster to toast bread for breakfast would be great ..

Very nice and classic hotel. 500m from station.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, about an 8-minute walk to Innsbruck Main Station, and it’s also right in the city centre. However, there’s no kettle provided, and the heater is turned off at midnight, which makes the room quite cold. The soundproofing could also be improved, as we could hear noises at midnight and footsteps along the corridor.

please think twice before booking in this hotel, they dont allow early check in and you cant even leave your luggages for safe keeping until check in time (3pm). the rooms are old and creepy. our power supply was cut off around 2am until we checked out and when i informed the reception she just thanked me for informing her. No apologies or explanation, they didnt even know that the power was out.

I arrived at 8 PM to an unattended reception. The key box code had been sent to me via email, which was a first for me. I was initially standing outside, and a friendly resident helped me search through my old emails without success. I eventually found the key code in the latest email in my inbox. Other than this initial difficulty, everything else was fine.

Pros:
Excellent location, within a 10-minute walk to attractions and the train station.
Lovely view from the window.
The room was reasonably spacious, and the TV was a Philips.

Cons:
The check-in process is very inconvenient: unless you check in in person between 3 PM and 7 PM, you must email the hotel in a foreign language to arrange your arrival.
Ctrip repeatedly advised guests to contact the hotel directly (despite the language barrier).
The room and amenities were shockingly old, dirty, and smelly! It felt like a guesthouse in a poor county in northwest China from decades ago. Hard to believe this is in Europe.
Paying over 4,300 RMB for three nights plus city tax, the value for money was significantly lower than in other European cities.
The breakfast bread was the worst I've ever had among hundreds of hotels, both domestic and international. The other food items were equally uninspiring.
I will definitely not choose this filthy hotel again.
Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!
Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
