Clean rooms, comfy beds, a great shower, and friendly, helpful staff.
Things to improve:
- The ski locker room. It is dark, dirty and without even a place to sit to change your boots. It does not fit to the hotel at all. Just cleaning it (it had spider webs the size of my head and dust everywhere), adding some light and some bench would be ok.
- Behind the hotel there is some bar or pub that on the weekends open till late. I needed to use tabs to sleep on Saturday.

We stayed in the family room which was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The receptionist was welcoming, the bathroom was impecable the bed was very confortable, As usual the breakfast was delicious & healthy.

We stayed here with a family of 4 over new years eve. Location is brilliant with a very short walk over the river to the Old Town. Hotel staff were really fantastic and accommodating. Rooms were clean and serviced and the breakfast each day was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed in a family room which was newly refurbished. There was plenty of room, 2 proper single beds for the children (not the usual sofa bed) and everything was spotlessly clean. Good air conditioning/heating. The bathroom had underfloor heating! Lots of choice at breakfast, all to be eaten overlooking the beautiful river. Excellent location, close to the old town. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Overall, we very much recommend the hotel!

Hotel Mondschein was perfect for our stay in Innsbruck; it's location couldn't have been better for strolling to the Old Town as well as getting to terminals for buses and trams.
The rooms were spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable.
The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly (especially Elisa) and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast taken in the charming room overlooking the river, was excellent with a good selection and delicious fresh breads and pastries. Very good value for money and a terrific find.

The staff is super friendly and the place is very clean. There are good public transportation links, and you can also quickly get to the old town.

Love the friendly and welcoming receptionist and the general atmosphere. Rooms are nicely redecorated and the location is ideal for exploring Innsbruck.

Fabulous place for a meal! They have English menus and the waitress was so nice. Food is delicious and fair portion. They have outdoor seating and a second floor dining room that overlooks the crowds in front of Golden Roof. Highly recommend giving this place a try - prices are very fair and they have a great selection of traditional Austrian foods to choose from. Great experience!

Absolutely the BEST meal we have had yet. The hash browns (rosti ♥️) were probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten. The service is outstanding and friendly. You couldn’t possibly be disappointed eating here.

Restaurant was excellent. Well cooked meat, tasty dressing on salads, friendly service. We ordered Schnitzel and Happ Spezial (photos) and both were delicious. Prices a bit expensive, but portions are big, so... alles gut!
