Comfortable perfect hotel

Just returned from a fantastic 2 night stay at this superb stylish hotel in an excellent location in the old town, right by the golden roof.
We stayed in the rooms with a balcony, which were situated at the back, felt very peaceful with stunning views of the mountains. The rooms were very clean and well thought through, with comfortable beds. Really enjoyed the variety and high quality breakfast. Would recommend this hotel.

The quality of the mattress and pillows are very poor. The mattress had a massive imprint off the previous thousands of people it was terrible to sleep in and we needed to leave a night early.

The best location to stay in Innsbruck. Nothing beats staying at the heart of the old town. Easy access to plenty of nice restaurants in the area, very walkable. The rooms are clean and the room scent they use is a nice touch. Breakfast at the rooftop bar was really good as well. Decent variety and great quality alongside magnificent views.

The hotel is located on a pedestrian street, with the Golden Roof just downstairs and numerous attractions nearby. Due to its prime location, the hotel seems to have been renovated from the old city. However, the air conditioning was inoperable, making it hot and stuffy. The ventilation was also poor, and there was a stench. However, the front desk was friendly, the breakfast staff were welcoming, and the food was excellent.

The hotel has no parking; you need to drive to the underground parking lot, which is about 7 minutes away. The hotel staff provided clear directions, so finding it wasn't difficult. The final parking fee was about a dozen euros per night after the hotel's discount.

The hotel is located in the heart of the town, very close to the Golden Roof. The hotel does not provide free parking, you need to park in the garage outside the hotel, which is not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage.

Fabulous place for a meal! They have English menus and the waitress was so nice. Food is delicious and fair portion. They have outdoor seating and a second floor dining room that overlooks the crowds in front of Golden Roof. Highly recommend giving this place a try - prices are very fair and they have a great selection of traditional Austrian foods to choose from. Great experience!

Absolutely the BEST meal we have had yet. The hash browns (rosti ♥️) were probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten. The service is outstanding and friendly. You couldn’t possibly be disappointed eating here.

Restaurant was excellent. Well cooked meat, tasty dressing on salads, friendly service. We ordered Schnitzel and Happ Spezial (photos) and both were delicious. Prices a bit expensive, but portions are big, so... alles gut!
The rooms are clean, but small and old.
Centrally located, seconds away from shops and about 2 minutes on foot from the river.
