Room very clean, however a little small. Very good location and very good breakfast.

Hotel staff members are inattentive at best. The room was “ready” yet the heat was turned off in Austria in January. The bathroom items were all depleted. When I asked for more I only got them if I went to the front desk. As for daily cleaning they unmake the bed each day and don’t take out the trash. In addition the room did not have a fridge as described; the hotel staff was rude and didn’t believe me so had to check the room to confirm. The two positives were the welcome card and a comfortable bed. Do not recommend this place as there are many other well located hotels in the city center!

A wonderfully managed city hotel. Friendly, polite, and you feel like a valued guest from the very first visit. The rooms are small, which is certainly not a problem for 1-4 nights. Even after years, everything looks new and is meticulously cleaned. Breakfast, even during Covid times, has a wide selection, and if something is missing, they happily bring it. You can tell the owners are truly on hand and have everything under control. That's how it should be everywhere 😉

Very good experience staying at Hotel Maximillion. Room is comfortable and clean. Location is good. Reception is very nice service.

The handsome guy at the front desk provided professional service. Except for the parking problem, which required parking at the opposite mall, everything was good. Especially the fruits in the breakfast buffet, which had a rich variety. The room was small and exquisite, and was sufficient. The service was really the best hotel I have ever stayed in Germany.

Very exquisite and small room, good breakfast service, you can see the North Chain Mountain opposite from the window. But there is no kettle in the room.

Highly recommend Hotel Maximilian. I was there for a ski holiday and they went above and beyond to make it an incredible stay at their family run hotel.
