We stopped here for two nights whilst my motorbike was getting repaired in Innsbruck. Great location to the old town, great transport connections, the hotel was brilliant and the staff too. Especially Christina who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay

The hotel is well located with mountains view, room was spotless, spacious and had a balcony which was a perfect spot for having your coffee. So many sloaps around for beginners and experienced one, easy to get by bus or trams. Positives: it was clean everywhere, the lady that worked in the bar was most helpful, the wifi worked and the breakfast was fine. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is a bit out of the centre, but there’s a tram stop nearby and Ambras Castle is only a few minutes away. We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The terrace offers amazing views and is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. The room was comfortable and well designed. We especially loved the beautiful paintings and unique decoration throughout the hotel, which gave it a special charm and character. A great place to stay, and we would happily return.

We spent Christmas here with my wife, and it was exactly the place we were hoping for. It’s very cozy, from the decoration to the wooden architecture. Even though it’s not in Innsbruck, they gave us a card that allows us to travel for free on the bus.

A very cozy hotel with super friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Location is excellent with hiking and bike trails starting just 150 meters away and bus stop is a 2 minute walk.

Very friendly, we immediately felt welcome! Breakfast was also perfect, lots of choice. The rooms are very clean, there was even a bubble bath which was a really pleasant surprise. The bed was on the small side though, but that's mostly personal :). The owner is very helpful and friendly, you can't ask for anything too much. Super nice view and close to Innsbruck. Great hotel with character with very friendly staff. Very good breakfast with fresh products and the hotel provides the free Innsbruck card with which you get discount and free rides with cable carts up the montains. Strategic location to explore the area, also with good bus connections.

The staff was super sweet and helpful with suggestions on what to do in Innsbruck. The view from the hotel is amazing and easy access to Innsbruck via a bus stop very close by.

The staff were incredibly gracious and helpful. The breakfast was nice with champagne, eggs to order, ham, salmon, breads... Our only complaint was when we arrived in the evening we were told we were on the 5th floor and the elevator only went to Floor 4. We had 6 heavy bags plus carry-on items with us. There was no mention of this in advance. It was exhausting to get everything up the narrow winding...

The hotel is in the centre of the old town. Was ideal for access to all the Christmas markets. As well as lots of shops and many places to eat and drink. Access to public transport was easy with bus stops and taxi rank all in a short distance. The hotel was lovely, we stayed in a large room right at the top which had views of the mountains. This charming hotel is in the heart of old Innsbruck. Shopping, dinning & bars are just steps away. The restaurant and bar at the hotel are also wonderful. Great customer service and they make you feel very welcome.

Great campground in a beautiful location with very friendly staff. Good place for hikes and bike rides. Has all the amenities one could need, even breakfast and fresh ordered bread. The restaurant and mini mart are also convenient. The pitches are spacious and easy to get to.

We chose this lovely place last year, even though it wasn't in a direct line for our trip, it stood out as a well regarded holiday destination. This year we plan to return and spend more time there, both to explore the surroundings and enjoy the facilities.aybe a little more expensive than others but very much worth it.

Beautiful campsite. We stayed at the barrels and loved it. The bathrooms are so amazing, best ones we've been to in our years of camping. The on site restaurant isn't well rated but we went twice and loved it. Excellent hikes/runs nearby and good access to Innsbruck. Highly recommend.

The best camp i have ever been to. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean, the staff is kind and the whole place is gorgeous. Theres a direct bus to Innsbruck and on sunday the taxis are not too expensive. Would recommend again and again!

What a place!! The pitch was a little close to our neighbours but the site facilities including information at reception, shop and lakeside area were fabulous! The shower area upstairs and above reception was out of this world!! The cleanest and most well presented I think I've experienced on all our travels! This prize winning site deserves its great reputation although it will cost you to appreciate its terrific location and services. Outstanding sanitary block, with lots of resources for families with young children. Good restaurant and shop. Fluent English spoken by all staff. Booked a pitch on the lake shore, worth the small extra payment. Frequent buses into Innsbruck, free if you stay two nights...

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is excellent value for money and perfectly located in the city center, making it very easy to get around everywhere on foot. Hotel is located near innsbruck train station. The buffet is very good. Stayed 2 nights. Near the old town and a shopping centre. The staff are good and friendly. Stayed in the large family room and had a good rest.

Had a lovely stay in central Innsbruck. Hotel staff at reception and breakfast room were always super friendly, obliging and helpful. Room for a family of four was nicely appointed and comfortable. Didn't get a view of the alps as we had a first floor room but it was surprisingly quiet. Highly recommended hotel.

A fabulous boutique Hotel. The Hotel occupies a great location and is really central to everything in Innsbruck. Our room was spacious and very clean. The reception staff were amazing and extremely helpful. The breakfast was also really good and the waiting staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for a city break stay.

I booked a breakfast included stay at Zach hotel. It's sad that it went way below expectations due to below highlights that could be reconsidered or improved.. - no mini bar / or at least kettle in a the family room. - sofa bed wasn't comfortable at all. - the main bed acclaimed to be a king was just two singles brought together, and they keep splitting every while. - check out at 11. - lobby closes...

Good location on the edge of the village, room was large and great view but I would say that is the best thing about the hotel. The hotel is very basic and dated with limited facilities. No tea or coffee facilities in the room, no bar open, breakfast very basic and expensive for what was on offer. Very dated TV in rooms so could not connect to streaming TV likes of Netflixs, so not really much to...

The location was ideal for us to venture easily into Innsbruck by bus - bus stop was less than 2 minute walk away. Our room had a beautiful view of the mountains and was spacious and clean. It's a simple and clean place to stay. We were traveling with dogs, and the accommodation was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I went with my girlfriends for a long weekend hiking trip. We stayed in the apartment and it was fabulous. Very clean and staff super friendly. Thomas was wonderful and assisted us with hiking locations, places to eat. The location is great and transportation was so easy. We never drove our car. I’ve already booked to come back with my husband. ❤️ our stay!

The breakfast was really good and most of the days, they had soy milk too. Our room was spacious and the bathroom looked very new. The cleaning staff did their job very well and the service was in general very good.

A beautiful family run hotel that treated us like we were part of their family! Big warm welcome and greeting; from start to finish the service was outstanding. Excellent on all points: location, service, food, cleanliness. All in a vintage Austrian style chalet in the country. World class trials and scenery. Just can’t say enough, this level of service is getting rare.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in this lovely B&B-style hotel. Service was kind and personal, breakfast was delicious (they cook eggs by your preference!) and the room we had felt spacious and had modern facilities. Nice hotel with very helpful crew! I've been there around 5 days and my stay was very pleasant, breakfasts were very taste and I've got room with beautiful view on the mountains. Hotel is very quiet, calm and clean.

Overall a comfortable hotel nearby the bus stop reaching Innsbruck in about 15 minutes. The family room was spacious, the beds confortable as well as the linens. The staff extremely cordial and constantly available for any query. The breakfast not extremely big but complete and pleasant with the addition of eggs made on the spot.

The hotel is retro but very charming, and it was entertaining to think about the impression it made on guests at the time it was built. It's a small facility with just a few rooms, and it wasn't crowded (we stayed in March). The rooms are clean, spacious, beds comfortable, with a very nice view. The breakfast is modest but quite sufficient, and the coffee that comes with breakfast is unexpectedly good...

Highly recommended!!! I cannot rave enough about this place. A hidden gem. Basically it is accessible by car but also by public transportation. We stayed 4 nights here and we received the Welcome Card which grants you free public transportation and some discounts to certain places (1 up and down by Cable Car at Oberperfuss, 20% reduction at Lumagica show in Innsbruck , 10% at Panoramica Ski in Innsbruck...

We stayed at Hotel Heimgartl for one night between Christmas and New Year's and were happy to have found an affordable room at all. Check-in was straightforward and the staff were helpful, and there's free parking right in front of the hotel. However, the room was very basic (around 1-2 stars). It was fine for a short overnight stay during peak season – but don't expect comfort.

A nice little inn with a great view, friendly staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. It's within walking distance of the IVB J bus line, which provides easy access to the city center, the Nordkette mountain range, and the Patscherkofl mountain. Excellent value for money!

We climbed up the mountain at night, and I have a vivid memory of it. Many other people drove up. The scenery is great, overlooking the entire Innsbruck. The homestay experience. Remember to choose a room with a view, the kind with a small balcony.

This property is wonderful. The views from the rooms is as advertised. The couple that work here are so friendly and helpful. Easy to drive to city as well as to the mountains.
