We stayed in a family room which was newly refurbished. There was plenty of room, 2 proper single beds for the children (not the usual sofa bed) and everything was spotlessly clean. Hotel Mondschein was perfect for our stay in Innsbruck; it's location couldn't have been better for strolling to the Old Town as well as getting to terminals for buses and trams. We were just there for the night, the accommodations were really nice. We arrived late so ate at the hotel restaurant. The schniztel and spätzle were great. Wonderful room with beds for everyone for our family trip. Room and staff were excellent for our one night stay in Innsbruck. Free parking and good location and 15 min walk into town. Included breakfast was delicious. We would definitely have liked to stay longer in Innsbruck and would stay here again if given the opportunity.

It is a good hotel for family trips, but the location is a bit disappointing, although it is not far from the maid. The staff was friendly and nice. The parking lot was a bit small, but there was no problem parking. The room was a bit nice, but it was enough for a family of four to stay.

We loved that the whole building and furniture are old, it added to the whole 'mountain cabin' experience. The rooms itself was very clean. The receptionist was really lovely too. 15 min drive to the city centre.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel with very good quality sleep I was allocated with a big size room, with bath and a balcony with gorgeous views to the mountain. Igls is a lovely quiet village with cafes, restaurants, shop, tourist information, ski hire and tram and buses straight down into Innsbruck, which is about 5km away. It's difficult for me to rate this hotel because upon arrival I was checked into a neighboring hotel because this one was full. I really liked the hotel I was checked into; it had a beautiful view of the mountains, a nice, spacious room, and an excellent breakfast.

We were part of a coach party from the UK. This hotel is a real find in the small village of Igls, about 4 km from Innsbruck. It was August with lots of families staying but they catered for our large coach for a week with ease. Our room was superb, and somehow the church chimes were reassuring! The stay at Alphotel Innsbruck is exquisite and relaxing. They have a bar that operate until midnight. Do take a room that is able to see the Alps (mountain view) - it is indeed magical during sunrise. There is a huge variety of breakfast selection at the restaurant in the morning. The hotel is right beside a bus stop so transport to the City is pretty smooth - it is a 100% good choice for the travel

Our previous hotel booking got canceled, so we rebooked this one, which included breakfast. It's a bit far from the city center, but thankfully, transportation is very convenient. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and a shopping mall directly across the street, so overall, it's pretty good. However, the towels weren't replaced promptly enough, which is something that could be improved.

A good solution for us, allowing us to leave our car for free and reach the city center within a reasonable walking distance. We stayed here B&B. Room was very good with views out to the ski jump. The owner and staff were lovely providing a very good breakfast selection. It is only 10 to 15 minute walk into Old town well positioned with good parking facilities.

This hotel provide a good parking lot and value breakfast. Not far from city centre, it could be a good place for winter holydays, (more than in the summer: no air conditioning in the room). Stuff has very been very kind and professional to me.

This hotel is super convenient, about a 10-minute walk from Innsbruck train station. It has a charming, old-school vibe, and the cleanliness was pretty good. Even though my room faced the street, it wasn't noisy at all. The only downside was that the floor in the room creaked quite a bit and felt a bit unstable, which was a little unsettling. This hotel is in an excellent location, not far from Innsbruck Hbf train station and right in the old town. However, the rooms are quite old.

The best thing of this hotel is location, not far from Innsbruck HBF (5 mins by walk or 1 bus station). You will see the big gate at inter-junction. And just 5 mins by walk to downtown and any tourist attractions. *****The most important thing is operation time of staff in only 7-11am and 3-7pm!!!! There are no any staffs with not operation time, so the door was lock. I had to walk back to train station...

The hotel is in a very strategic location, about an 8-minute walk to Innsbruck Main Station, and it’s also right in the city centre. However, there’s no kettle provided, and the heater is turned off at midnight, which makes the room quite cold. The soundproofing could also be improved, as we could hear noises at midnight and footsteps along the corridor.

The hotel/guest house is beyond words. The owners who also are present to welcome you at the front desk are exceptional people. The room (we were given a choice) was amazing, it had a balcony with a picture postcard view of the local church and the village below. Comfortable and clean beds with an incredible hot shower which just made our stay even more pleasant.

A large traditional hotel set amongst amazing scenery with exceptional view. Bedroom was quite dated, especially the bathroom, but comfortable and clean nevertheless. Google said that the hotel's restaurant was open for evening meals but it wasn't. I'm guessing it may be open only in the winter months? Perfectly adequate hotel - just needs some attention on the room decor.

This property is an absolute gem steeped in history. Beautiful architecture on the mountainside with sweeping views of the valley and opposite mountain pastures. The staff were friendly and attentive and it felt like home. Our dinner was prepared in their restaurant grade open kitchen and everything was delicious. What a find this was!
