New Baku Hotel in Baku

Room was good big nice The problem is staff they dont knw they are working in hospitality department There is one guy i think he is receptionist or internship the name is adel no manners very rude guy 2) i told to that guy adel i will check out early do u guys provide lunch boxes for early departure guests they said yes will give u on check out I checked with reception in the night they said we dont knw and adel is busy hes not picking up the call 3) the last very bad thing i request for wakeup call 4:30Am but they didn't call very bad service from reception

The worst hotel I would say, it was written 4*️⃣, not 4 at all. If you want to stay with your family, then please do not take your family to this hotel. The hotel has no security. Rude staff, who also swear and speak inappropriately. Except for Farid and Adil. Who were always friendly and tried to help us in everything they could. At most 1*️⃣, no more. The breakfasts are terrible, there is not much choice. During the month that we stayed there with the family, they only served eggs, cheap and not tasty types of sausages, and there was not much cheese either. I will not even mention the bread. It was written that this is a family hotel, but no. Locals and tourists in general also brought night butterflies to the hotel and made a lot of noise, because of which it was impossible to sleep, rest as you should. Then, the administrator asked me to cancel the registration on Booking. Because it costs them a lot to pay taxes. They said that I will continue my stay there, despite the cancellation in booking. And if they call me, I had to lie that I am no longer in Baku. And when I refused, I saw a very unpleasant attitude towards us.

Stay away! Horrible service! 1. rude staff 2. don`t know a word of English! 3. very noisy, mainly this hotel serves the sex workers! 4. people who cleaned the room stole our pills from the fridge!

An awful place to stay. Everywhere was toooooo dirty, nobody knew English language at the front desk. This hotel was a place for sex workers at night ( I really didn't feel safe to go out of room at night). As the whole, I don't recommend this hotel.
