We stayed here during our winter holiday with my family. The rooms are average and the style of the rooms are good and a bit old. We booked two rooms but one was bigger that the other even through they were same price. The cleaning is not really sufficient, when we first arrived the beds were not clean and there was a spot on the counters and the pillow. The breakfast is good, the cakes and sweets are excellent. Overall the location is good, but it you are going to be staying for more that sleeping and you are picky I would not recommend

I stayed at Premium Park Hotel and overall the experience was okay but not great.
The room itself was fine and generally comfortable, but the washroom sometimes had an unpleasant smell, which was disappointing. Cleanliness was acceptable, nothing bad, but nothing impressive either.
Breakfast was very average — limited options and honestly one of the most mid hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The drinks were not good at all, and in the room’s kettle area there were only tea bags, no coffee, which felt like a lack of basic amenities.
One positive is that there’s a supermarket very close to the hotel, which is helpful. However, the area around the hotel is very quiet with not much nearby, so don’t expect attractions or activity around.This Hotel was overall very mid and not worth the lavish name "Premium Park".

Absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. On Monday, 20 October 2025 around 12:30 a.m., the night security guard shouted at me aggressively and behaved in a completely disrespectful manner, demanding that I go and close the door. When I reported this unacceptable behavior to the receptionist, he showed zero professionalism and started defending the guard instead of offering an apology. Such rude, arrogant, and untrained staff have no place in the hospitality industry. This incident shows a complete lack of management and customer service standards.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values respect and proper treatment.

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. On Monday, 20 October 2025 around 12:30 a.m., the night security shouted at me and behaved very rudely, asking me to go and close the door. When I reported it to the receptionist, instead of apologizing, he defended the security’s behavior. Extremely unprofessional attitude from both staff members. Do not recommend this hotel — they seriously need to train their staff in customer service and respect.

Avoid the "Premium" Park Hotel - A Truly Uncomfortable Stay
My stay at the Premium Park Hotel was extremely disappointing. The name is completely misleading, as basic amenities are missing and the service is poor.
The most significant issue was the lack of air conditioning. We were told the A/C was switched off for the season and only heating was available, forcing us to open the windows. This resulted in mosquitoes in the room, making for an uncomfortable night's sleep.
Furthermore, the general upkeep is poor:
The towels felt like sandpaper.
The breakfast was subpar and not worth the cost.
The security staff was unprofessional and rude. I was asked to close the main entrance door by a guard who was visibly distracted, watching a video on his phone.
Overall, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. It failed to provide even a basic level of comfort and service.

Last week we stayed for almost 5 days there, staff was good, service was also nice, overall room size and amenities was fine. Only thing there carpets stinks specially from corridors. Breakfast is also good they serve in top floor

It's a good hotel at Baku , Azarbaijan for lodging..the rooms are very good with good service...the complimentary breakfast is very good with enjoyable dishes..it's at the city center and can be easily reachable..the amenities are very good and the reception teams and other crews are very much friendly...we stayed in this hotel for four days...

Hotel has good location - 10 min walk to main metro station. It is though close to other buildings so its more business hotel Nearby is Spar - good store to grab something quick. With a car (I suggest using app Bolt) you are with 2 € in city center. Hotel looks like new, reception, lobby, rooms they are all nice. Rooms are large, with new TV, wifi works well, beds are large, bathrooms are clean and new. During our stay it was generally clean, we even requested to change complete bed covers and they did it. We didnt like breakfast, that was huge minus (little choice, not continental, poor refils). We didnt try sauna or fitness.

Location of hotel was good. Hotel staff was cooperative and they cleaned our rooms daily. Some new items were provided at breakfast every day.
