Renaissance Boutique Hotel in Baku

1. I read a lot of reviews about there being no hot water in this particular hotel, BUT I didn't believe it. The hotel does have a gas boiler, and no one is going to waste gas on you. We stayed for three days, and it was terrible: the water was cold all the time, and our neighbors were shocked too. The most interesting thing is that when you ask why there's no hot water, they listen to you with smart faces, pretending to be surprised, and that's it. If you want to be unwashed all the time, smelly, and itchy, then this is the place for you. 2. The beds are a complete nightmare, they're from the USSR, when you could hear them even in the old town as soon as you sat down. 3. Breakfast is an omelet or fried eggs; a 4-star hotel should have a buffet. 4. To get into the hotel, which is on the second floor of some building, you need to know the combination of numbers. Naturally, you won't have this the first time, and you'll be lucky if someone enters or exits. 5. There are rooms with windows overlooking the kitchen!!!! 6. There is one cook and one cleaner. 7. Shower towels and floor towels are the same.

The room is so small! And the breakfast they served was such a big disappointment! You can not a good sleep at this place! Housekeeping sucks as well! Linens were not fresh, TV was broken and the floor drainage at the washroom was clogged! Not recommending this at all!
