I’ve stayed in many hotels on Nizami Street, but this one is by far the best. The price is very reasonable you won’t find such nice rooms and great service anywhere else for this amount. Everything is excellent; the only issue is that there’s no lift, so you have to climb the stairs around 150 steps which can be tiring. But other than that, everything is perfect. The staff is friendly, the views are amazing, and their Room 101 is especially beautiful ❤️

First of all, it's located on the 5th floor, which feels like the 7th.
There's no elevator.
The stairs are narrow and dangerous.
I stayed for two days, and they gave me one towel on the first day, but they didn't give me one.
I asked the manager, and he just said no. Third, we were given a different room than the one we had booked.
Never book here.
You'll regret it.

We stayed here for 3 nights, Very long outdoor stairs 5 story high to reach the hotel. The room is so small and there is a 1 small window that doesnt have curtains so u will wake up at 6 am with strong light in the room no way to sleep again. Given we came im hot season, we turned on the AC but they gave us 1 small blanket that is shorter than me and i am 157cm high. My husband did not even use the blanket- we asked for 1 extra, they said they dont have.
Also we faced the same issue of booking not accepting our credit card, while i always use it everywhere else- it was strange that it kept getting declined and in the end they forced us to pay directly to the property.
The only positive thing was the location- it is ideal.

Kind and classy service from the staff. The rooms are really good and clean for the price. Don’t hesitate to book a room.
Only problem is you have to climb a lot of stairs to reach the hotel entrance, but it’s not a big deal.

Nice and clean rooms. Everything is amazing in terms of the quality of furniture and cleanliness. The space was pretty ambient.
The pros:
- Amazing location. Central in the heart of Nizami St.
-Very good service in making sure the room is clean.
- There are a few good amenities such as a big refrigerator and washing machine (I wish there was a dryer because drying clothes does become a hassle).
The cons:
- The place is five floors on stairs. Information that I wish was clearly mentioned on Booking.com instead of just photos. It is definitely not friendly if you have visitors who cannot climb five floors by stairs.
- It was kind of a nightmare to find the location since the boards weren't clear.
- The staff was generally very good, except for the hotel manager, who was extremely rude.
- The biggest issue is that for a place that's situated five floors by stairs, I'd imagine support to carry luggage is important. Had to carry luggage five floors down because there was "no bellboy". Thankfully the receptionist when we checked in was so amazing to help out with the luggage to the best of his abilities and was a genuine pleasure. The hotel manager has to learn a thing or two from the rest of his staff. It's also absolutely insane that the washroom in the lobby is only for the staff (first time I've heard that in any hotel). The hotel manager is solely the reason for the 3 stars. This place is a strong 4 stars otherwise.
