Especially the receptionist names Senan is very friendly and helpful, he is kind and very informative. The cleaning lady is nice and kind too. It is a beautiful hotel with nice & clean room located in the heart of Baku city. It is in the middle of Nizami street, very convenience to travel around for shopping, food, and tourist attraction.

Good and accommodating people. Very helpful and always very comfortable to talk with. Nice location near metro station. However some issues as no room service is available, shortage of staff which impact delivery of services required.

Location is amazing you can walk to the mall and a public park there is macdonalds nearby it's like in the centre of baku ... nice breakfast and really nice staff

Cheap price and vest staff and rooms are very good

It is a nice place. Its room are really large. It takes about 8$ to go to old city by car. They were very kind. They let us to stay two hours more after 12:00. Its breakfast is delicious.

This is perfect for a budget 3 star hotel. The location of the hotel is great as it's convenient to get around to local shops or the Baku boulevard. The staff of the hotel are very helpful and always smiling. Breakfast is ok and good enough to start your day. The rooms were clean and tidy too. Only downside was that the bathrooms were a bit to small.

The location is the best. You can enjoy Baku by walking from the hotel. The bulvar (5 min)and city centre (15 mins) are walking distance. Walking enthusiasts like me can even walk to icheri sheher from here. The staff is always smiling. The food is decent for the price paid. The room was quite good.

I really enjoyed my stay, staff are lovely and willing to help you with any questions. It's best to pay beforehand or cash for your stay as they deduct 18%. I would however have liked more options for breakfast.

It was a beautiful place. There was free breakfast and it is close to the Metro too. The only thing is if you want your clothes washed they charge per clothing article which gets expensive and is complicated how it works. I resorted to handwashing.

My parents stay in this hotel. I absolutley choose and check before their stay. Rooms starts from ground floor and it made for olderly people easy for stay. Asked about the hotel and they absolutely happy for stay there. So i recommend to everyone.

I booked an aiport pickup through the hotel and it was right on time. Friendly driver and staff. High level servixe and clean room.

Even though the hotel is located on a busy street, the rooms were quiet. I slept very well, no traffic noise at all.
