If you decide to stay just a night and then check out the next day morning, this would be the best place with the best rate. It is easier to go to Shahdang or Gebala from here. The only drawback is they dont have heater in room and washroom which wont be much of an issue if you are not staying during their peak winter.

The hotel is not located in the very center, there is an interchange nearby and there are traffic jams during peak hours, which needs to be taken into account.
