So good tbh the hotel the service specially the people and manager everyone is super friendly and I will come here again. Miri the manager there is so sweet and nice and helped so much
The hotel is very comfortable, safe for children, the location is beautiful, and the staff is excellent. Thank you to Mr. Ramal, he is a very attentive and respectful person.
Everything felt throughtfully arranged. From artwork to the lightning. The room was clean comfortable and had a wonderful view. The staff were professional and kind throughout my stay
In modern area very comfortable hotel for stay or accesible. Hotel room was clean and managers are very helpful. It was my business trip but it is good for vacation also. recommend!
In Business Center and main street cozy and walkable hotel to everywhere. I liked their hospitalty and reception told me they are new there and they are all work in turism industry
A friendly, smaller hotel that offers great personal service. The rooms are cozy and the included breakfast fresh and tasty. Good value in a central location.

I would have gladly paid three to five times what I did—the value is that extraordinary. My room was clean, stylish, and well-appointed, and the entire experience felt effortlessly luxurious without the pretension
They made sure everything was perfect: offering a free upgrade, giving me a late checkout, and even personally showing me around the area. Their hospitality felt personal, sincere, and truly above and beyond
I’ve stayed at dozens of high-end hotels around the world—from Four Seasons to Park Hyatts—but nothing quite compares to the warmth, location, and unbelievable value of Deluxe Hotel in downtown Baku
Step outside and you’re within arm’s reach of two fantastic local coffee shops, seaside promenades, and the pulse of Baku’s vibrant downtown. The price? Almost unbelievable
If you’re coming to Baku and want a boutique hotel experience with world-class service, unbeatable location, and a welcoming human touch, Deluxe Hotel is the place to be
The hotel itself is situated dead center in the Baku City Circuit, just steps away from the waterfront and directly in front of the iconic Crescent Building

I really enjoyed my stay, staff are lovely and willing to help you with any questions. It's best to pay beforehand or cash for your stay as they deduct 18%. I would however have liked more options for breakfast.
Great hotel!!! The hotel staff are great!!! Comfortable, cozy, convenient!!!
Good hotel good staff nice break fast.
There was free breakfast and it is close to the Metro too. The only thing is if you want your clothes washed they charge per clothing article which gets expensive and is complicated how it works
Nice hotel. But one set of clothes before our arrival to change forgot

The environment is OK, but when I checked in that day, the location was inconsistent with the information on Ctrip. The breakfast was OK, but a little simple, and the location was a bit old town
The service staff was a female who could speak Russian and was not bad. The language barrier was very uncomfortable (no one could speak English or Russian)
Set in Baku, 2.7 km from Fountains Square, Art Hotel Baku offers accommodation with a bar, private parking and a terrace. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi.
Breakfast is included, but they provide a breakfast plate per person (slices of cheese, slices of cheddar, tomatoes, slices of lettuce, a slice of jam, a tablespoon of omelet in the middle, 3-5 slices of bread, and a tea bag)
Great services in Baku near Nizami Street
The location is fantastic, close to everything. The hotel is beautiful and clean. I read all the reviews and accepted the negatives before coming here, but it's not like that at all
Lovely stay, unpretentious and total value for money- given the location, the view and the super Metro connectivity! Would love to come back again! Everyone at the reception surprised me with their level of English! They were super kind!
The bed, linens, and towels are clean and spacious. The mattresses are a bit worn, and the foam needs to be replaced
The startling thing about Liman Hotel is their rooms; very classical high ceiling rooms and very large rooms. I was very lucky to have the room with a balcony with views over the Caspian Sea and the Icheriseher ramparts
Baku, Besir Seferoglu Street 166 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is near the pedestrian street in the center of Baku. The surrounding is very lively. It is about a 10-minute walk from the Maiden Tower and the Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the cable car station
Found it to be a 1 star hotel on Google Maps. Don't stay on the 2nd floor, music is played downstairs at night. It won't stop until 11 o'clock. The breakfast lady was very nice
The room was nice. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. The location was excellent.
On the first day, I arrived early, and the guy at the front desk asked me if I had paid to check in early. I just kept my luggage and came to check in in the afternoon. The advantage is that there is a lot of space
We stayed for one night (we were passing through Baku). It was fairly clean. There was hot water. The shower leaked under the door (the bathroom floor got wet). But for one night, it wasn't a big deal.
The breakfast is normal, the front desk staff are enthusiastic, and English communication is barrier-free

New and clean budget hotel close to city center. Highly recommend for everyone. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and neighborhood is very safe and quite
There was Pakistani chef in the hotel who is a gem of a person he cooked for us Delicious breakfast and Pakistani food on Request and we loved it. Hotel house keeping was beyond good
We were there for 5 days and it was absolutely amazing experience. hotel staff was too good and very quick
I will highly recommend this hotel for long stay. Neat and clean hotel with very good staff
Quite easy to access city via public transportation or in 10 minutes walk
It’s considered a 2star hotel not 4!
Small breakfast and the same everyday. Toilets always have a bad smell. Two floor hotel with no elevators but the stuff carry your luggage upstairs

Location is amazing you can walk to the mall and a public park there is macdonalds nearby it's like in the centre of baku ... nice breakfast and really nice staff
Very helpful and always very comfortable to talk with. Nice location near metro station. However some issues as no room service is available, shortage of staff which impact delivery of services required
Baku, Tofiq Abbasov Street 32 (11 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is far from the city center. It is located in a popular area, close to a metro station. You will find everything you need next to it. The staff are wonderful, the price is cheap, the service is average
The staff are friendly and always on call to help and assist. Breakfast was a mixture of different foods. While it was the same every morning it was apart of the cost and pleasant enough to come down for in the morning
While you will notices 4 stars above the door, and wondering how they got it. Then spend a few nights at this hotel. I was greeted by Elvin who was polite kindly and made check in quick and easy
Despite 2 star the hotel is good, neat and clean rooms, well maintained rooms and service, all reception staff was too cooperative and friendly, stayed there for 4 days during Grand Prix
The hotel assigned taxi driver was friend, with better than limited English. Got us around the city was great care and speed
Depending on your pace its about 20-30 minutes walk to the Stadium making this a great hotel and location
