There was free breakfast and it is close to the Metro too. The only thing is if you want your clothes washed they charge per clothing article which gets expensive and is complicated how it works

Lovely hotel! Would definitely stay there again! Was staying in deluxe double bed room. Bed sheets bathroom and even wardrobe was very clean I was feeling comforfable there , which was very important during my stay

The service staff was a female who could speak Russian and was not bad. The language barrier was very uncomfortable (no one could speak English or Russian)

The startling thing about Liman Hotel is their rooms; very classical high ceiling rooms and very large rooms. I was very lucky to have the room with a balcony with views over the Caspian Sea and the Icheriseher ramparts

The hotel is near the pedestrian street in the center of Baku. The surrounding is very lively. It is about a 10-minute walk from the Maiden Tower and the Old Town, and about a 20-minute walk from the cable car station
Found it to be a 1 star hotel on Google Maps. Don't stay on the 2nd floor, music is played downstairs at night. It won't stop until 11 o'clock. The breakfast lady was very nice

On the first day, I arrived early, and the guy at the front desk asked me if I had paid to check in early. I just kept my luggage and came to check in in the afternoon. The advantage is that there is a lot of space
We stayed for one night (we were passing through Baku). It was fairly clean. There was hot water. The shower leaked under the door (the bathroom floor got wet). But for one night, it wasn't a big deal.

The staff are friendly and always on call to help and assist. Breakfast was a mixture of different foods. While it was the same every morning it was apart of the cost and pleasant enough to come down for in the morning
While you will notices 4 stars above the door, and wondering how they got it. Then spend a few nights at this hotel. I was greeted by Elvin who was polite kindly and made check in quick and easy

The hotel assigned taxi driver was friend, with better than limited English. Got us around the city was great care and speed
