We felt so welcome here that we stayed our whole time in Baku here we highly recommended the breakfast included is perfect and will fill you a lot! Also the rooms are clean and you have snacks the whole day ☕ and tea

the hotel in general needs a lot of maintenance! the bathroom is very old and some things are broken. breakfast was basic not many options, the same breakfast every day

I stayed here twice on my trip to Azerbaijan. The hotel is 5 mins from Fountain square, 10 mins from old town and Sea boulevard. Rooms are clean, good size, modern with ac, fridge, tv etc

Both mine faced the rear of the building so no road noise. Staff were friendly but spoke little English. Breakfast was buffet style and one of the best I had in Azerbaïdjan

I paid 72 manat which is about £30 which I felt was a fair price. Would definitely return if ever in Baku again

Perhaps due to the influence of COP29, the price was high for the class of the hotel, and the room was the only one available on the second floor

The rest of the rooms were under renovation, so all the doors were open and the beds were dirty. They were very accommodating despite the poor conditions. Breakfast was served upon request and was very delicious

the bed is hard. i stayed for 7 nights they did NOT clean NOT even once. I have breakfast but they have no breakfast everytime i go. elevator is not functioning. pros is good location.

The hotel has one plus - it is located next to the train station and the bus from/to the airport. Well, and the boy who checked in and carried the luggage to the room tried his best

Otherwise, the hotel is very tired, tasteless, there was no hot water, smoke-filled. If the location is important to you and just throw your luggage and lie down, then it's fine

Clean, comfortable and well located hotel. Female receptionist is a gem, male one is less so and breakfast lady is constantly having had mornings, so very mixed service

Good price for a perfect location. The staff is friendly and helpful although their English is not good. Don't expect too much of the standard rooms, they are clean but small and a bit worn out

The rooms are noisy: we were unlucky with the snoring guest in the room next to ours and the loud television of the night receptionist. The beds are not comfortable, having a thin mattress

I stayed a week in this hotel, due to the renovation of the house. The guys are great, I even thought about moving there to live)) They clean very clean, delicious breakfasts

I have excellent experience of this place. Every necessity is well arranged except meals. Restaurant is attached and setting place is excellent. Especially the grapes are so yummy

The owner is very professional. You can use the washing machine and iron your clothes for free. The bed-sheets are so fresh and nice

Nice hotel clean and the staff are so helpful and try to do what ever they can and have to make you saticfied, the location is not bad, if you will ise the public bus there is a bu stob 50 metres from there

And the thing that I loved most was the yard behind the hotel (in the photo) as will there is a restaurent there. The price is reasonable and logic

A little far away from the city center but taxi is crazy cheap and the hotel itself is nice. Has its own restaraunt with very reasonable (read cheap) prices. Would definitely recommend this place

Clean hotel, very friendly stuff, some English, some German - we got around well! Not too far from the meter metro station.

Clean and comfortable. I didn't have a towel in my room and had to ask on reception, they gave me three. Nice people work there.

This hotel is not in the city center and you should use both bus and metro for accessing city center. You must use bus line "32" to access nearest metro station "Neftchilar" and the go wherever you want via metro

Around the hotel there's local bazar and you cand buy things to eat with very low price. There's a supermarket beside the hotel. Also there's 2 other supermarkets near the hotel in the neighbourhood

But the hotel is completely satisfying with this low price. Hotel environment is clean and rooms also. Staff have good behavior with passengers, but very poor english knowledge

Very friendly staff, great room, king size bed, nice interior, there is a work area, stable internet. Downstairs there is a sauna with a small pool. The hotel is located in the heart of the city.

Going by the amount of information I could find on the Internet, I was not expecting much from this hotel. But it was surprisingly nice actually. Big rooms, including a kettle and fridge, fairly recently renovated

nice behave staff and good atmosphere. but more than anything I like the scenery you have out of your trace and windows. spectacular Caspian sea and the hills of the city are good vision for an evening

The breakfast was ok, but on the second morning my pancakes tasted strongly of mould. The staff are lovely and extremely helpful, even serving you at the self-service buffet

The beds had memory mattresses and what felt like ergonomic pillows. Breakfast is on the top floor with a superb view of the caspian sea

The environment is right by the Caspian Sea, clean, tidy, and quiet. The breakfast spread is also extensive, though I personally wasn't used to it. Those who enjoy Western food will definitely be very satisfied.
