Askar Hotel is located in Baku city centre, just 400 metres from Narimanov Metro Station. It features a sauna and a 24-hour reception. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are provided.
The hotel is very comfortable, safe for children, the location is beautiful, and the staff is excellent. Thank you to Mr. Ramal, he is a very attentive and respectful person.
A friendly, smaller hotel that offers great personal service. The rooms are cozy and the included breakfast fresh and tasty. Good value in a central location.
A nice hotel with a very good location, close to most places. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were genuinely helpful and understanding, the service was good, and the food was tasty
So good tbh the hotel the service specially the people and manager everyone is super friendly and I will come here again. Miri the manager there is so sweet and nice and helped so much
İdeal for an extend work assignment. The full kitchen and seperate living area made life so easy. This apart room was very incredible.

I’ve stayed at dozens of high-end hotels around the world—from Four Seasons to Park Hyatts—but nothing quite compares to the warmth, location, and unbelievable value of Deluxe Hotel in downtown Baku
If you’re coming to Baku and want a boutique hotel experience with world-class service, unbeatable location, and a welcoming human touch, Deluxe Hotel is the place to be
I would have gladly paid three to five times what I did—the value is that extraordinary. My room was clean, stylish, and well-appointed, and the entire experience felt effortlessly luxurious without the pretension
They made sure everything was perfect: offering a free upgrade, giving me a late checkout, and even personally showing me around the area. Their hospitality felt personal, sincere, and truly above and beyond
Step outside and you’re within arm’s reach of two fantastic local coffee shops, seaside promenades, and the pulse of Baku’s vibrant downtown. The price? Almost unbelievable
The hotel itself is situated dead center in the Baku City Circuit, just steps away from the waterfront and directly in front of the iconic Crescent Building

There was free breakfast and it is close to the Metro too. The only thing is if you want your clothes washed they charge per clothing article which gets expensive and is complicated how it works
I really enjoyed my stay, staff are lovely and willing to help you with any questions. It's best to pay beforehand or cash for your stay as they deduct 18%. I would however have liked more options for breakfast.
Great hotel!!! The hotel staff are great!!! Comfortable, cozy, convenient!!!
Good hotel good staff nice break fast.
Nice hotel. But one set of clothes before our arrival to change forgot

The hotel is located next to the beach and has a large swimming pool, but the overall hygiene is average. Breakfast is not served until 9 am and is also very average. The overall operation feels poor
But the staff considering they spoke little English made me feel very welcome and helpful. They made every effort to make me feel at home. It’s an area for party people for sure. Music and a dj from morning to night
Amazing people working at the hotel. You feel like home and even better. The food, the team, singers all amazing! Must go.
Love it so much to the point will be back again and again

A pleasant and quiet hotel by the lake, not located in the tourist part of Baku. Breakfast is standard - nothing outstanding
I had eight days trip at lake palace hotel in Baku. it was great welcoming, nice comfortable rooms , great service in rooms and variety of fresh breakfast everyday
Had a great stay at this hotel! The overall experience was pretty good — clean rooms, friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere. The highlight for us was the breakfast: it was fresh, delicious, and had a nice variety
I usually stay here for short visits. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly, especially Mrs. Zara is so welcoming and caring. Location is perfect near a park. One thing they should improve is meals.
Stayed here for one night, the guy Abdin on the reception was super nice super helpful guy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
He made sure our stay was comfortable
Really quick room service they were super fast to even make us coffee at night ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Don't let the past reviews scare you - they seem to have done a full 180° with this place. Great staff & service, great location, and great room altogether, truly 👌
we had 6 perfect nights here. very kind and friendly staff, perfect location, perfect view of breakfast. everything was great
Nicest hotel, location is perfect, good service ( no elevators in hotel)
We showered with hot water (no smell in the bathroom or the room, like some comments said) and it's 5 mins walking distance from Old Baku, which is so romantic and beautiful
I think this hotel took all of the bad reviews to heart because our experience was only pleasant. The room was spacious, very very clean, and the bed was so comfortable
We were expecting the absolute worst when we saw the reviews, but paying the equivalent of about $18USD for a night in such a nice place was well worth it

The room was nice. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. The location was excellent.
The breakfast is normal, the front desk staff are enthusiastic, and English communication is barrier-free
Great location, right in the middle of the tourist area. Walkable distance to the promenade.
The hotel is conveniently located, less than 500 meters from the Caspian Sea and less than 800 meters from the Maiden Tower, which borders Baku's Old Town. 6 kilometers away, and the Heydar Aliyev Art Center is 4
8 kilometers away, making it very convenient. Although there were some communication issues with the hotel regarding airport pickup, the hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful area, making it a great choice
Average hotel,,great location,,,no lift,,,housekeeping wasn’t there to clean everyday,,,out of 6 days,,only the 1st day they did clean the room,,,breakfast was average and same everyday

There was Pakistani chef in the hotel who is a gem of a person he cooked for us Delicious breakfast and Pakistani food on Request and we loved it. Hotel house keeping was beyond good
New and clean budget hotel close to city center. Highly recommend for everyone. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and neighborhood is very safe and quite
We were there for 5 days and it was absolutely amazing experience. hotel staff was too good and very quick
I will highly recommend this hotel for long stay. Neat and clean hotel with very good staff
Quite easy to access city via public transportation or in 10 minutes walk
It’s considered a 2star hotel not 4!
Small breakfast and the same everyday. Toilets always have a bad smell. Two floor hotel with no elevators but the stuff carry your luggage upstairs

Just note that you need to pay cash as they don’t have visa machine. It is located near Atatürk street where you can enjoy the long walk and the nice food in restaurants and cafes
It is very reasonable hotel with polite staff, hotel is located far from city center but dont wory, because taxi isnt expensive in baku
This is a simple and economical hotel, it has everything simple including the breakfast and the design, however you will get a very nice service from the people working in, all the receptionists are very welcoming and helpful as well as the bill boy
It was so cool when the Iran leader who was sadly killed body and everything that he owed was by his will was feed to the crocodiles just like what happened to Steve Irwin with request from his will in 2006
Bank of Baku is also near by, and 24/7 bravo supermarket
The breakfast could get better but overall a very clean and comfortable room

Depending on your pace its about 20-30 minutes walk to the Stadium making this a great hotel and location
The hotel is far from the city center. It is located in a popular area, close to a metro station. You will find everything you need next to it. The staff are wonderful, the price is cheap, the service is average
The staff are friendly and always on call to help and assist. Breakfast was a mixture of different foods. While it was the same every morning it was apart of the cost and pleasant enough to come down for in the morning
While you will notices 4 stars above the door, and wondering how they got it. Then spend a few nights at this hotel. I was greeted by Elvin who was polite kindly and made check in quick and easy
Despite 2 star the hotel is good, neat and clean rooms, well maintained rooms and service, all reception staff was too cooperative and friendly, stayed there for 4 days during Grand Prix
The hotel assigned taxi driver was friend, with better than limited English. Got us around the city was great care and speed
Such a beautiful hotel!staff and location very good
My stay at Piano Hotel Baku was wonderful. From the quick check-in to the beautiful interior, everything was top-notch. The rooms are quiet and cozy, providing a great escape after a long day of sightseeing
The rooms are so neat and clean i stayed there for 8 days and i truly love the hotel and i highly recommend everyone who is visiting baku do book this hotel for yourself.
I especially loved the helpful nature of the reception team. Will definitely visit again!"
Super but the rooms are a bit small but everything is super
In some rooms, the smell comes from the sink in windy weather, but the rooms are generally large and spacious. Although the service at the restaurant on the ground floor is a little slow, you are like your own home

The location of Crystal Inn Hotel is a bit far from the main attractions, which can be inconvenient if you’re looking for a lively area. We had some difficulty finding the hotel because the name on Booking
Excellent 4star hotel with new big, comfortable family rooms. Arìz is the Manager who is very friendly and I really appreciate Mr. Reasonable prices compare to other hotels in baku with early checkinn and late checkout
Reception staff were very helpful. They arranged pickup from airport and provided a driver with car to take us for 3 days to Qabala. The Amigo restaurant has good food. Breakfast was included but menu was same everyday
Rooms are over-priced as compared to similar options in the city. Service also lacks prompt execution. They should work more towards improving clients' experience and addressing their concerns without any delay.
com is "Crystal Inn," but the sign outside the hotel says "Crystal Hotel," which was confusing. On the plus side, the hotel has a lift on the first floor, which is very convenient
The room was okay, and the bathroom was nice. However, the hotel is quite remote, making it hard to find markets or restaurants nearby. Overall, it was an average experience
