The hotel is conveniently located, less than 500 meters from the Caspian Sea and less than 800 meters from the Maiden Tower, which borders Baku's Old Town. 6 kilometers away, and the Heydar Aliyev Art Center is 4

We stayed for one night (we were passing through Baku). It was fairly clean. There was hot water. The shower leaked under the door (the bathroom floor got wet). But for one night, it wasn't a big deal.

The room was nice. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. The location was excellent.

This was the first time in more than ten years of travel that I encountered a situation where you cannot sit in the public area at the front desk for more than 30 minutes before checking in

The boss meant that I only bought the right to use the hotel from 2 o'clock to check out the next day. He said that they are a small hotel and this is their rule

I was there in September 2024 for 2 nights. The hotel is located right in the station building from which buses depart

but I haven't seen so many dogs in the hotel. bad smell of the dogs come from the rooms. this hotel is v far from every tourist place. they hv written wrong that it is near to Hayder Alavey center

On the first floor of the station building there is a store and in general the building itself is a shopping center. The hotel has recently been renovated. The water in the shower goes well

15min walk from hotel to the Bilajary circle where there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets! Also right next to the Baku bus station if youre taking busses to other cities

The two male night staff are especially helpful and welcoming! The first night we had problem with the taxi driver and they helped de-escalate the situation

The hotel is located in the old city and I walked to all the excursions in a couple of minutes, because Old City Inn is a couple of minutes from the gates of the old city, and usually there meet tourists with excursion groups

It’s not a star-rated hotel; however, its location is right in the middle of the old city, where taxis can’t reach. You’ll have to carry your luggage. Due to the location, the price can be considered reasonable

The reception is staffed by wonderful hospitable people, Yagiana is the soul of the hotel, she is caring, emotional, will always answer a million questions, will advise where to go to the sea, where the most delicious baklava is, as if she came to visit her, she speaks Russian wonderfully

The hotel is cozy with only 15 rooms, if it is important for you, then there is no elevator - there is a spiral staircase, it is for the best, Baku has very tasty baklava))) Breakfast on the 5th floor - with windows overlooking the old city and the Caspian Sea

I had a room with a large bed, which was cleaned when I left the key at the reception and asked to clean it, they do not enter the room without asking! And so we needed at different times: an iron, a plate, a corkscrew - they brought it

Breakfast is: omelet or fried eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, sausage, different types of cheese, bread and butter + tea or coffee

Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few small improvements, the experience could be even better. Thank you once again to the team for their hospitality and dedication

This is a beautiful hotel and every staff person we encountered was very friendly and accommodating! We will definitely stay here when we come back! Also a very good buffet meal style restaurant on site and a skilled bartender

Room was very neat, spacious and with the best view of flame tower. All staff are very accommodating and polite, even when you are just walking in the hallway or lift they will greet and let you walk or enter first

Since it was a budget hotel can't say much else but only saving grace was it's amazing location (right at the entrance to famous Nizami street) where there was a night market and all kinds of shops/outlets to meet a travellers requirements

GREAT hotel exactly on Nizami Street , Big and clean rooms. Stuff is amazing,and cooperative. Hotel have fourteen rooms and all rooms are great. Also have balcony rooms and fsmily rooms

Housekeeping was just strange, even after explaining thoroughly that we wanted the room to be cleaned while we were out, they didn't do it, only to let us know upon our return that we had the set of keys and they didn't have a spare one to open our room

Arrived around 2am and had to pull my luggage up the stairs in a very old and empty/dusty property. The bathroom toilet was dirty and leaking. Anyways managed to spend the night as it was quite late

The rationale they gave us was that they had overbooked and given our booked room (with balcony) to another family, although I had booked 3 weeks prior to traveling

Next day complained to staff so they finally agreed to put us in the property we had originally booked through *********** (Nizami Hotel)

For tours, try to contact Arshad directly instead of approaching agents outside, as their rates are much higher compared to Hazz. Definitely drop in here anytime and enjoy a comfortable stay

It seems like the cook just switches to either boiled or fried (hotdogs and eggs) every other day. To be fair, fruits, salads, and breads were available. The most friendly was the chambermaid

This Hotel place is in the heart of Baku and Location is Good, The rooms were very spacious and service are okay

Could have added one or two more different items in breakfast but anyways we didn't eat much. Baku being the main attraction but the out skirts of Baku are truly mesmerizing

Usually people stay in Gabala, which is good place to go but we were so Lucky to have an amazing guide. He took us places where usually are not included in tour packages

We are family of 4 stated in this hotel for 3 nights in last December. Rooms are very clean and neat with lot of space. Hotel is located somewhat a small uphill so the view is awesome

The hotel is not located in the very center, there is an interchange nearby and there are traffic jams during peak hours, which needs to be taken into account. There are outdoor and indoor pools, very good
