During my stay, there was severe and unacceptable noise disturbance. Extremely loud music was playing in the swimming pool area until 1:00 a.m despite the fact that no one was using the pool at that time. Later, at around 5:00 a.m, there was shouting and continued loud music directly outside my room, which made it impossible to sleep. I contacted the hotel management to report the issue, but no one responded or took any action to resolve the situation. This lack of response and the ongoing disturbance caused significant discomfort and ruined my stay. Due to these circumstances and the hotel’s failure to provide a peaceful and acceptable environment I did not want to risk another sleepless night and left the hotel.

Decent stay
Very boutique hotel with only about 20 rooms. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, but the rooms are pretty old and it's showing its age. B'fast is very poor with about 5 dishes in total and one of the days it was a la carte and not even buffet. Location is central and a few decent restaurants in walking distance. But there are better places for this price for sure.

From the beautiful aesthetics to the warm and welcoming staff, the Palmyard has you covered. It is am amazing property with multiple dining options and a spectacular pool.

The staff are amazing. So friendly and happy.
The room is quite basic but very clean. Bathroom door slides so does not offer enough privacy.
We will definitely stay again.

The atmosphere not bad, a clean old restaurant, their service was good,

While the dishes were not that good, all the dishes was served COLD, while most of it should be served hot.

So far a one of it's kind place, their grills are pretty good, we really love their tent area unfortunately the tent is for smokers, usually it is not that crowded if we go mid week so we can stay in the tent area, also Friday lunch time seems like a good quiet time here, they have renovated the tent, their Kebba Bel laban is pretty good and I'd recommend also their cold lebna and garlic.
