An absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the service is fast and professional. The location is perfect, with everything conveniently close by. I would definitely come back again without hesitation.

I had the pleasure to stay at Diva multiple times. I always plan to come back again thanks firstly to the outstanding staff members of this great hotel. The reception manager Mandar is truly an outstanding person and manager. Extremely kind, welcoming, very helpful and understanding of difficult situations a guest might experience during a stay. He made my stay very, very comfortable and exceptional. Mandar exceeded every expectation, genuinely attentive and truly cares for the guests.

All reception staff members are awesome and very kind as well, I remember Princess, Suhel and one more guy I forgot his name “Will update”. Sajib and Manik from other department are excellent staff and so friendly and helpful. Additionally, housekeeping staff are really great and professional. Maintenance is surprisingly quick once requested.
The hotel is very well maintained thanks to its amazing staff.

Really great location where everything you need such as groceries, cafes, restaurants and much more is within very short walking distance.

The hotel is good, however, I faced a problem in my last trip. I had prepaid nonrefundable reservation, via Booking.com, for one night, December 14, 2025, but the treatment of the lady Sudha in the reception was rough and unpolited. She delayed my check in the hotel asking me to pay VAT, although I told here that my prepaid reservation includes VAT, she insisted that I must pay 3.4 Bahrani Dinar for VAT. I asked for the manager and It took sometime for the reservation to be accepted, but no apology was given.

Its a good hotel with everything that you could need. The rooms are very clean and spacious. However there is a lot of ciggrate smell all over the hotel. The team and the services are good overall.

This was our second stay at Diva Hotel, and this time we also tried the breakfast, which pleasantly surprised us. The selection wasn’t huge, but everything — both Arabic and Indian dishes — tasted genuinely good.
Our first assigned room was on the 14th floor. Although it was a non-smoking room, both the hallway and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, so we immediately requested a change. The switch was handled without any problem.
In the second room on the 11th floor, we discovered before bedtime that none of the outlets worked — no fridge, no AC, no lamps, only the ceiling lights. Maintenance fixed everything within about five minutes of reporting it. Most staff were very friendly, except for one receptionist who was noticeably less welcoming.
Some noise and music from the clubs in the lower floors could be heard until around midnight, but earplugs solved it easily.
One thing we consistently enjoy about this hotel is the rooftop pool with a nice view. It’s nothing overly fancy, but we like it, and we’d stay again on our next trip to Bahrain — depending mainly on the room price.

Easy check in check out, very clean and spacious room with all the complements you need. Just beware of the night club it can keep you awake if your a light sleeper.
