Our group of family and friends enjoyed a fantastic iftar at Swiss Cafe. The service was phenomenal! All the staff were so welcoming. Anna, Evita and Ainul were so friendly and kept their eyes on our kids while they were at the buffet. They always made sure our dirty plates were clear away as soon as we were done with them. Overall great experience and enjoyed our meal!

This was our first trip to Bahrain. We stayed at Swiss-Belhotel for two nights and it was truly a wonderful experience. For the first time in my life, I stayed on the 23rd floor and had the chance to admire the breathtaking city lights from a bird’s-eye view — it was absolutely unforgettable.
The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. The rooms were spotless, extremely comfortable, and well-maintained. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional — they made us feel genuinely welcome.
A special and heartfelt thank you to Resty at the restaurant. His exceptional service, warm attitude, and attention to detail made every dining experience truly special. We sincerely appreciate his efforts and outstanding hospitality.

My stay was around 3 weeks here at Swiss belhotel seef. Location is very good and accessible. Hygiene and cleanliness is top class. Staff is very polite and friendly, Especially Ms. Resty, Aloudin, and Mr. Bhuwan always welcome with smiling faces. Breakfast was the best part you can have variety of dishes here.I was well taken care of. Thank you!

I stayed at Swiss Bel Seef for a month and it was mostly enjoyable. Staff is very friendly especially Chef Alaudin, cooking me eggs every morning the way I love them. Breakfast was the best part every day and seeing the smiles of Anna, Resty, Evita made my mornings even better. I was well taken care of. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Had dinner buffet here with my family, celebrated the night before Christmas. Food was very delicious and very appetizing, specially the dessert that we had. My kids were very excited with the cake that looks like real fruit.
They gave Christmas present as well for the kids. As long as the kids are happy and satisfied, we as parents are contented as well. Thank you so much for all the staff and employees!

Fun decor and ambience, the cafe is well taken-care of and clean. In addition to yummy cupcakes, their regular cakes are sooooo good! Very moist, flavourful, and reasonably priced. Staff are also polite and warm.

We started with the Crispy corn masa fries; a fusion of potatoes and toasted corn, seasoned with Chimichurri sauce, parmesan blend, cilantro and lemon-seasoned salt. Served with Jalapeño aioli, chipotle aioli and ketchup ? these were delicious! Lightly crispy from the outside and super soft from the inside ??
For our main, we had the Magnificent beef & shrimp burger. The potato bun has taken their burgers to a whole new level; very soft yet holds the sandwich beautifully together. This burger has a beef patty and a shrimp patty, in addition to avocado slices, onion coleslaw, pico de gallo and chipotle aioli. Served with chimi-parmesan fries.
We also had the Shrimp Masterpiece bites. I loved these! I like the idea of the shrimp patty! Its a great option for vegetarians (pescatarians) who cant have beef or chicken ??
I know you might be thinking, it’s too expensive! But listen, it’s your chance to get your meal for a cheaper price now; they have a “buy one, get one free” offer! ? So don’t miss it!

Really the worst experience in chilis ever had, I used going to chilis everywhere else (UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Saudi, Oman) and I can say this is the worst from staff and management
I have seen a couple of feedbacks earlier this year complaining about the same issue and it seems no action been taken ☹️ if there us a zero Star rating I would give them though
