very nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, very complete breakfast ( fresh juice !), own car parking, good location close to beach and public transport, plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, value for your money !

Lovely hotel, in a great location for beach, shops and tram. Good size room, with decent size beds, pillows not great. The room we had 801 was a little dark. More storage space than we have ever seen. Coffee maker in room, along with coffee pods, teabags etc. Breakfast really good with lots of choice. Staff very friendly and helpful Disappointingly the restaurant was not open for an evening meal during our stay, which we had not been informed about.

Friendly and good location
Good hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff.
Breakfast very varied.
Didn't realise until we were there that the restaurant was not open for evening meals, luckily there a couple of places to eat opposite the hotel.
Very spacious room, lots of storage and great having a coffee machine.
Had a bit of a problem with the pillows not very comfy, but only there for 2 nights.
Our room 801 was a bit dark as in the corner of the building.

No swimming pool but online mentioned there is. No slipper, no toothbrush, toothpaste, no hand wash was in the room. Overall it was disappointing….

Misleading! We chose this room because they advertised an indoor swimming pool. What they failed to mention was that not only was it not included in the price, but that the price was 70€ AN HOUR! The room was small but comfortable, the shower was very good, and the breakfast was also very good. If we had known that the pool was so overpriced, we would have stayed at any of the many other less expensive hotels in the area.

Misleading. The room was small, but fine. The breakfast was very good. Our only complaint, however a big one, is that we chose this hotel because it advertised an indoor swimming pool. If we had known, we would have chosen one of the many other hotels in the area.

Comfortable place to stay the night.
Our stay at Casinohotel was great. We were in koksidje for a bike race and stayed the night. The soaker tub and breakfast spread were definitely highlights. The room was also quite large for a European hotel.

Very disappointed
Absolutely not worth the price. The staff is very cold (not a hello or good morning). When we arrived the room was full of hairs, we had to request to re-clean the room. I would give it a 3-stars maximum. Our room was next to the lift and we could hear it strongly through the walls. Breakfast very average. Easy access to the sea.

checked in on friday the 8 th of sepetember, room 901, double room with balcony, close to restaurant, found the confort room, floor dirty and sticky, a terrible smell out of the shower, There is no separate shower in room, only the toilet has a door. Made complain at reception they were supprised ? we took care of by ourselves. Told also the cleaning staff, did they do somthing or not the smell, stays.. decided to leave one night earlier, had to pay the night... conclusion no help at all ... no solution.... advice do not take room 901.......

Very friendly welcome. Large modern room and bathroom, very good beds, good insulation. The parking is around the corner but safe. We had dinner in their restaurant. The food was delicious and the waiter was very professional. The breakfast (buffet) was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel not so far from Bruges.
