The hotel was clean and the staff were very polite. It is a plus that the hotel is only 5 minutes from the train station too.

The location for a woman is poor. I was there only one night and was followed and harassed in the area in both the day and night multiple times. As for the hotel itself, it was okay inside but very run down. I‘m not convinced any surface was clean to be honest. Someone was singing very loudly in the morning, not sure if staff or a guest but the room did not block the sound out at all. My window also looked onto a stairwell that gave no light (I actually thought the sun hadn’t risen yet at 9am and checked the local sun rise and set times). The staff was relatively nice, no complaints but no great praise either.

Nice hotel but the receptionist wasn’t very friendly. He never allowed me my friend to come Inside my room as he haven’t an ID with him. Please note that no visit are allowed from 11pm.

We booked this because our train was cancelled and we had to stay in Brussels for one more night.
Great location. Garbage bin was not cleaned when we checked in.

Aside the environs outside the hotel which wasn’t neat, our stay at the hotel was so pleasant. Rooms were neat and just perfect. We enjoyed our stay. Proximity to eateries and tourist sites was a plus

place are accessible for any tourist spot area, even nearby to station too. good place to stay. ♥️

If you’re looking for a fancy hotel, this is not the ideal
Place. The single room is good for solo traveler, the drainage is bad, the water doesn’t drain fast and it smells.

The fan stopped working and there’s no AC, the AC you see in the room does not work, but when I told the cleaner she replaced the fan.

The location is not far from where you can buy things and metro station.
