The hotel's location is fantastic, right across the street from a major shopping area, and just a few minutes' walk from Brussels North Station, which is super convenient. The room itself was quite small, but the bed was large. Breakfast was pretty standard, nothing spectacular. The two coffee machines were constantly broken, but they did have stir-fried noodles, which was a nice comforting option to start the day.

It was decent, I guess. For the price, staying in Brussels felt a bit cramped, but maybe hotels in Belgium are just generally expensive. It's conveniently located near the square, making it easy to get around. The hotel breakfast was quite basic.

I think it would be better if they have the shuttle bus from central station. Quite far if on foot

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Indigo. Right in the center of the city and close to main spots. Room was nice, really nice... and hotel is really mindful about curbing water wastage and promoting a greener Earth. The bar at the hotel is really good as well. So many good things to say.

Nice location—just a 7–8 minute walk to Nord Station, making it easy to reach other cities. It’s also about a 15–20 minute walk to Grand Place, which is very convenient for shopping. The room was decent overall, and the mattress was comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The only downside was the shower, as the water pressure was quite weak and could definitely be improved.

The hotel location is good and close to the attractions but the room is a bit small (I booked a standard double room) and can hardly find a space to open my suitcase

The front desk service was friendly, and they offer free 24-hour luggage storage. If you forget any toiletries, you can ask the front desk for slippers and a toothbrush. It's very convenient that there's a self-service water dispenser on every floor. Plus, the breakfast is plentiful!

Beautiful room, perfect location. Very close to tourist areas and all the shops. The sockets in the room would not accommodate the correct travel adaptor I had brought, plug holes seemed very loose. However USB charge was available on the headboard of the bed.

I really love this hotel. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by lots of greenery, which instantly puts you in a good mood. The room wasn't huge, but it was very clean. Initially, I was given an inner room, but the front desk was very helpful and changed it for me – big thumbs up to them! The breakfast was also excellent, especially for a European hotel. I particularly enjoyed the mushrooms, bread, and fresh-squeezed orange juice! The hotel's location is great too, not far from the old town.

Andrea at reception was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived. My boyfriend had a lovely conversation with her as she’s also Spanish, from Andalusia, which made the welcome even more personal and warm.

We were given an update, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was amazing, and the hotel’s location is absolutely perfect.

We can only say thank you for such a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!
