Nice little hotel on the outer edges of the city. Clean rooms, good service and we had a nice rooftop room. Perfect if you’re on a budget. Would definitely come back again

Hotel lobby and bar area really nice.
Room ready early which was great.
Room booked was small double which was fine.
Location was close to Louise metro station and plenty of bars and restaurants which were all great.
15-20 minute walk to centre which was great.

Ideal overnight stay in central zone of Brussels. It is hard to find a good value hotel now, this was perfect for a business stay with plenty of room and facilities. I will use them again

Parts nice. Parts not good.
A gallant effort: parts very nice, parts bad. The foyer cafe area is great. Nice staff. But please do NOT put guests on street facing rooms on nights when rubbish collection will start at 4am and be hugely busy for 3 hours. It’s unkind.

The room space is enough for four people to open their luggage, you can put your keys at the front desk very convenient, there is a metro station nearby, it is half an hour to walk out of the Grand Place in Brussels, the location is very convenient

The room is located underground, separated from the hotel bathroom. The soundproofing is not ideal. In the morning, many people use the bathroom and there is a constant sound of doors opening and closing. But the place is clean. The bathroom is big and I am quite satisfied.

The hotel is close to. Metro Louise, so very easy to get to the station, on foot and about 20 mins from grand place. The service is very good excellent breakfast. The only negative note is the low quality and worn bathroom kit. But overall highly recommended
