The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right near Brussels' Grand Place – literally a two-minute walk away. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, making it super convenient. The room itself was surprisingly spacious, which is a rare find in Europe, and the facilities were great. Having a kettle was a huge plus for us. We stayed for two nights, and the steak restaurant directly across from the hotel entrance was amazing – delicious and not expensive, so it was incredibly convenient to grab a meal right outside. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and I highly recommend it!

The room was well-equipped, and we chose one that could accommodate three people. It's conveniently located near attractions and dining options, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. You can reach Brussels Square within 10 minutes.

The staff were very helpful with letting me leave my baggage on my departure day until I was ready to leave. The location is perfect for visiting central Brussels; the Grand Place is only 5 minutes walk.
The negatives are that my bedroom was a bit shabby - cracked plaster on one wall. The view from the window was of air conditioning machinery.

Location is great, rooms smells horrible.
Very warm, I closed the heater but still the room gets very earm
I asked for few hours late checkout, they insisted to charge 10 euros per hour.

Excellent! I extended my stay for another four days. Even though there were no rooms available on the platform, I spoke to the front desk and they managed to add a room for us in their system. Booking through the platform was significantly cheaper than extending directly at the front desk, so their service was really great! :)

This was my second stay here, and it offers great value for money. It's very close to Grand Place, and only 900 meters from the Central Station. The breakfast was good. The elevator is a bit old and only fits 2-3 people. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's very close to that famous fries place.

The location is great, right by the Grand Palace and shops. But heads up: there's no kettle for hot water or coffee/tea. Also, they turn off the heat in the afternoon to save money, so it was freezing when I tried to sleep during the day. They only turn it on at night. At least it's quiet and the morning view from my window is amazing!
