Cold and the heater in the room not working, and the window not fixed to the wall (the whole window and frame came away from the wall when I opened the window). Smells damp. Infested with bed bugs, their faeces all over the head board and one visibly just sitting there, I'm covered in bad bites. I like my hotels simple but this place is a disgusting dump.

This is the dirtiest hotel i've ever stayed at. For the price i paid i would have expected ateast basic hygiene in the room and bathroom. There was actual pee in the toilet when i got there, hair everywhere and just disgusting. Location in a noisy neighborhood. Not recommended and should seriously be inspected by authorities.

Room and bathroom were clean but shower was nearly cold room towards the street bed hurts my back and you hear everything. I paid 90 euros for one night for my nephew and me

The room was dirty
The Toilet seat wasn’t cleaned.
The kettle doesn’t reach the socket so you have to remove the Telly, instead of coffee they give you T-bags in a basket with water like a Ghetto.
There was no towels provided until I requested them.
The pillows were grubby
Some sockets didn’t work
There was no bin
The bed was on wheels and worse of all I saw a cockroach walking on the toilet.

The staff were polite and friendly. However this hotel is shocking, really really poor

We just came here for the basics; a clean room, working bed, toilet and shower, nothing more. I generally have pretty low standards, but this place somehow didn't reach them.

The bed was comfortable enough, and a toilet and shower where provided, although the toilet flush didn't work properly.

As far as cleanliness goes, none of the furniture had been cleaned at all and the shower and sink still had stains on them. The room also stank of cannabis smoke and the fire alarm was missing. We where also situated next door to the lift, which operated noisily through out the night making falling asleep difficult.

The surrounding area was okay, but like the hotel, was pretty run down in all directions.

Ultimately, we decided to leave after our first night and find some where else to sleep. We found somewhere that was actually clean that cost just ten euros more per night and was closer to the city centre.

I recommend giving this place a miss and looking for a hotel that puts a little effort in.

Excellent. Friendly staff. Very accommodating we had more towels then we needed! A*. Even looked after our bags after we checked out so we could go shopping.

I really liked this place. It was cheap and easy to get to all the touristy places via public transportation. The neighborhood is mainly Turkish so you'll have some nice kebab places on nearly every corner.
Rooms are modest. Bed was big, clean and comfortable. The stand up shower was a bit awkward, but it suited my individual needs fine. Their continental breakfast is 7€ per day but worth every cent. Great coffee, which comes free with breakfast but 2€ any other time. The people were great. It was a small crew and there's one guy that was always at the front desk; I often wondered if he was allowed to sleep at all.
Their winter rates are very reasonable, which is when I travel. When I return to beautiful Brussels, I'll be staying once again at The Bentley.

If price is only consideration then it's good. If you want to bring other variables like ambiance etc and ready to shell out more then please look elsewhere.

Good price-quality balance. Worth to book in advance if you would like save some money while you enjoy your holidays.
The place is located really close to the centre of the city, and approachable by walk, public transport or private car either.
The carpet at corridors is so old and dirty. The rooms are average with a bad view. If you wish to enjoy the panorama from your window, you should consider a different place.
The staff is helpful, the registration, check-in and check out processes are so simple and fast.
I didn't try the food, but you can get it for only 7 EUR/breakfast, what's really cheap in comparsion with other places, restaurants and dining places of the city.
The bed in a double room was big and comfortable so we could relax without any regrets.
If I have to describe the place in one word, I would say that it's a budget friendly hotel for people who can't afford or don't prefer expensive places.
Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!
Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
