Very nice people at reception, good location , interesting decor. Wifi did not work well when I was there this time . No problem when I was their before

Who needs a fridge on holiday?
Unfortunately just a very ordinary hotel. Nothing around the location. Room was just useless for a family of 5. Barely any room for 5 people let alone luggage. Showers were crap, no pressure and the water would go from cold to boiling hot.
No fridge, but apparently that is the norm in Belgium? Reception were no use.
Stay in the heart of Brussels if you get a chance to visit.

The hotel was great, there were a few restaurants very near/attached. Walking distance to a few attractions I was interested in. Great experience

I arrived before check-in time and asked if I could leave my luggage with them, and they showed me to a room where I could check in!

The hotel looks like a hostel in many places. The rooms are really small, I could just about put my suitcase on the floor. The lift also looks in need of an overhaul.
I booked the breakfast, it's okay, but nothing special. The service is generally inadequate. I had an emergency one night and asked the reception staff for help. They didn't care at first and wanted to send me away again. After I complained, they at least gave me an address. That's not something you want when you need help in a foreign country.
I definitely won't be staying there again.
