The hotel is in a great location just few minutes from Brussels Zuid but the area feels a bit unsafe, as it’s near train station and there are quite a few homeless people around. It’s not recommended for solo traveller to go out too late at night.

24.04.2026 Anonymous

Unfortunately there were ants around the waste bin under the table.
The room sound insulation is very poor. Lots of noise from the other room.

22.04.2026 Guest

This room is so great and clean. It’s located in the city center

22.04.2026 Guest

The staff are all very friendly! The location is close to tourist spots such as manneken pis and Saint-Nicolas, only several minutes of walk.
However, the hangers provided in the room are almost damaged and the window could not be fully closed that it was cold to sleep on the right hand side. Although it is not a very big problem, I still expected the whole environment could have been even better.

15.02.2026 Guest

The room was very clean and comfortable. It's also close to the station, making it easy to use the tram and metro. Plus, you can walk to the tourist attractions in about 20 minutes. However, I felt the area was a bit unsafe.

05.01.2026 Guest

The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the South Station exit. I arrived early, and the front desk staff allowed me to check in 40 minutes ahead of time, which meant I could take a hot shower right away.

02.12.2025 Guest

Everything sounds great.
The room is so hot and they don’t offer room slippers.
If you need The water in breakfast you have to take a glass from the faccetta, no bottles

19.10.2025 Guest

Rude staff and felt uncomfortable and not welcome

15.09.2025 JackieB

We travelled with pur 1.5 yrs little one. First hats off to staff very super friendly, gave us all help regarding milk for baby, telephone issue and meal during midnight.
Next room service was very good job for us.
Mostly very very secure, the room service very reliable.
I would 100 percent recomend to my family and our friends... Very Excellent Team and very excellent admin for Jill Hotel

17.08.2025 Guest

Clean hotel with approachable staff. This hotel is located across Midi Station which makes it a practical choice if you are connecting to other cities. Eurostar terminal is only a few minutes walk. Jill has limited amenities and a lounge for guests would have been better although guests are welcome to sit in their restaurant.

Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!

Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
