My family and I enjoyed our stay at Atlas Hotel Brussels. The location was excellent; within easy walking distance to the main sights of Brussels and public transport. a 15 minute walk to the central station

It was the perfect location to explore the Christmas Markets. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. We were always greeted with a smile or a wave. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job each day

Our room was clean and had enough space to accomodate two adults and two young children. It contained the basic amenities (fresh towels daily, electric kettle, tissues etc

There was a mini fridge, but it wasn't sufficient to refrigerate items (only keep items cool rather than cold). We visited in December, and the room was very warm

Happy with my stay at Ari’s; however, at 6 AM there’s such cart rolling on the cobblestone road so loud that breaks everyone’s sweet dream🤣🤣🤣🤬🤬🤬 The window sound proof needs upgraded ！

No hotel can beat this location, it’s super close to all the main sights, right by the Grand Place and Central Station. My room was surprisingly spacious for the city center, with a great view over the rooftops

Hotel is located nearby Bruxelles Central station. It has 2 lifts as well, room was big and beds were comfortable. There were 2 toilets in the room, one with a bathtub and one without

It was a 6 minute walk from the Central Station so it is very accessible. It is also close to the Grand Place so it is a plus. Very accommodating staff, very friendly

While the room's facilities aren't new, the service staff were excellent and very attentive. The breakfast was also delicious. I'd recommend it for short stays and it's perfect for family trips

The room shows its age and could use a few upgrades and minor renovations here and there, nothing dramatic, but you can tell it's an older building in the middle of the city

But the location was really good - a short walk to the city center and there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were available to answer questions and give directions

My stay at Hotel Queen Anne was excellent. The room was warm, very clean, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, and the lady Florentina at breakfast was especially kind and welcoming

The location is great very close to city center and public transport. I felt pretty safe walking around till midnight. The hotel room is new and very clean. I would definetly prefer to stay again

I stayed here while in Brussels for Newcastle's Champions League game against USG, the room was basic but very clean, the hotel staff were really good, very helpful and always had a smile on their face, the fridges behind the reception were filled with a good range of Belgian Beers which were freezing cold

The croissants, in particular, are unique; you won't find them anywhere else. and treats served in the lobby. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Brussels

Stayed here 2 nights. Albert at the reception was amazing. He welcomed me with great warmth and gave off a good vibe overall. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Wifi is solid, but many rooms have very few outlets (maybe 2, with the tv, and a lamp plugged into those already). I've stayed here 4 years running, and would keep coming back

Hotel Mozart is in an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from Grand Place, which is ideal for sightseeing and exploring the centre of Brussels on foot

The distance from the main city centre and the Christmas Markets made this a great location with a relatively quick walk to the station to se other places nearby. Staff were very friendly too.

First the good points…location was excellent; central and near to a metro station. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. However, this place is more of a hostel than a hotel

The hotel is small and centrally situated. However it appeared to be run by students on their time off! They were ill equipped to deal with a busy xmas time.

It was an easy walk from many interesting sights and points of interest, such as the Grands Place, Christmas markets, Gare Centrale. For those not fooled by stars or outward appearances, it's a great accomodation

Location cannot be faulted, just on the edge of the vibrant city centre. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is very basic, a real no frills establishment one step up from a hostel

I find this hotel a good choice. The location is excellent，only 12 min walk to the city center. It is very safe (I was coming back in the middle of the night, walking). The hotel isn't fancy, but it's decent and clean

This hotel is located near the city center and convenient for traveling around the city. The room is quite small, especially the bathroom. It looks like quite an old house. The curtain in the bathroom is a little dirty

The location is tucked away, which made it nice and quiet, but unfortunately it was a bit too far from the train station to be convenient, so I wouldn’t really recommend it if you need easy access to transport

I was a little worried about the safety of the surrounding area. There were some areas that needed some cleaning, but I think it was good for the price. The people at the entrance were very kind and helpful.

Staying at this hotel in July of 2019 was a highlight of our time in Brussels. When I made the booking, I requested a room with a balcony and I honestly think they gave us the best one in the entire place

Was on the top floor which had great views of the surrounding streets and terrace houses. Bed was extremely comfortable so after s big day of walking I slept like a dream

Cheap place in the center, it is for a night of passage and without much luggage because it does not have an elevator.

People who go abroad basically have a trolley case, so it is impossible to go up and down the stairs. I had a hard time dragging it step by step, and I felt exhausted after going up and down the stairs once

The facilities of this hotel are too poor. There is only one staircase that can only accommodate one person to go up the three floors, and it is very narrow

Great location, close to Grand Place etc. You can rest assured that the staff speaks English well, and the wifi is not weak. However, there is no elevator and the walls are thin so you might be a bit noisy

The front desk staff were so polite that I'd definitely want to stay at this hotel again! A refrigerator would have made the stay even more comfortable.

Great location with good facilities. Easy to have a city tour. There's a small kitchen that you can dinner either nearby outside or cooking in the room.

Just opposite the hotel is a supermarket, arcade and numerous restaurants and fast food restaurants. Grand Place was a 5 min walk away from the hotel. Plenty of wardrobe space, ironing board was also kept in the wardrobe

The Adagio Brussels Grand Place is incredibly well-located, close to the Grand Place and the Manneken Pis. It's also just a 10-minute walk to the Central Station. Highly recommended!

Kitchen was small and it had everything we needed, dish washer was also included. Toilet and shower area was separated. Heater was also placed in the shower room. Breakfast area was on level 2

They need to update that they do have a front desk now, and it's inside the restaurant. But nothing to complain about

This hotel is in the heart of Brussels, and while it was a bit noisy due to its central location, I didn’t really mind. It added to the city’s lively atmosphere

Comfortable stay in Belgium The staff was nice and thoughtful. The room was spacious and quiet! The room had a blow dryer, mini fridge, and spacious room. The bed was comfortable and large.

Walked to front door, punched in my code, and was in, then found the checkin box and punched in my code and voila, had my room key. Room was great, very clean and great size

This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The hotel has no reception and, to this moment, has not provided any check-in instructions

We arrived in the evening around 8pm, after an international flight, with our 3-year-old child—only to find ourselves locked out, unable to access the building. No instructions had been sent whatsoever

The large bathroom with soap, shower gel and shampoo available. However, the cutlery was not clean. The location is fabulous and despite being right in the center, absolute silence reigned during the night

Unfortunately, despite there being two televisions (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom), I was unable to get them to work at least in the evening, having traveled with a child who, upon returning from walks, would have happily relaxed by watching a cartoon on TV

Unlike other hostels, this one was exceptionally clean. I had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences, so I highly recommend it.

Second, this is the first hostel which I paid for twin room and was not provided with towel. While my app stated that the towel is included, the receptionist told me that I need to pay to rent the towel

Location - 10-15 minutes to the main attractions. The hostel is clean, great room, good beds, sockets and individual lighting. Bath in the room, also clean and comfortable

Overall, the stay was not too bad. If not for some inconveniences, I would have rated this hostel better. First, the nearest Metro exit was under renovation

The location is excellent, very close to the shopping mall. It was raining on the day I arrived, and I arrived later than expected due to an accident on the way. However, the reception lady was extremely kind and helpful

I asked if it was possible to pay for an upgrade to a three-bedroom room, but she said it was fully booked. Later, she told me there had been a system error and kindly arranged a two-bedroom room for me instead

Good, clean, free breakfast. However there’s rule, where you can’t enter the room from 12-3pm because of housekeepers cleaning. So i can’t sleep/rest during those period. Need to get out.

no ac and i slept at the corner bunk bed so it got super stuffy at night :/ but room is generally clean. breakfast was yummy!
