The staff's attitude was excellent (special thanks to our receptionists Clemence and Jean-Jacques, they were wonderful). I hope I spelled their names correctly :) If they're reading this, we'd be pleased if they approved :)
cleanliness, location, breakfast is excellent. The croissants, in particular, are unique; you won't find them anywhere else.
and treats served in the lobby.

We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Brussels.

Greetings from Türkiye.

My stay at Hotel Queen Anne was excellent. The room was warm, very clean, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, and the lady Florentina at breakfast was especially kind and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and varied, a great start to the day. I truly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

Stayed here 2 nights. Albert at the reception was amazing. He welcomed me with great warmth and gave off a good vibe overall. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here while in Brussels for Newcastle's Champions League game against USG, the room was basic but very clean, the hotel staff were really good, very helpful and always had a smile on their face, the fridges behind the reception were filled with a good range of Belgian Beers which were freezing cold. If I had the opportunity to visit Brussels again I'd definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed there for 3 nights. I had a lovely stay. The location is great very close to city center and public transport. I felt pretty safe walking around till midnight. The hotel room is new and very clean. I would definetly prefer to stay again.

Small but fairly modern room, bed sheets was clean and bathroom looked clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Walls are thin and door does not reduce any noise from the corridor and there are also outside noise including a few airplanes in the morning. -but it was not to bad during the night.

Walk-in price is about six times higher then booking via the online booking service I used. Had I paid the walk-in price, then I would have been disappointed, it's so high that it almost feels like a scam?...

Bathroom, found an electrical outlet when I stuck my hand in there to turn the lights on...

The room was clean, but really small. You could hear everyone else in the hotel if the window was open, and since it was warm and there was no fan or AC, the window had to be open. But the location was really good - a short walk to the city center and there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were available to answer questions and give directions.

Staff were very friendly and kind so I hate rating poorly.... Although the sheets and towels were white and very clean, unfortunately the hotel is old, the carpet feels dirty due to age, space wasn't great, wifi was horrid for anything but email and with no AC in the room it was just very unpleasant, stuffy and stinky.

I only stayed 1 night and would have left if I had booked additional days. For the price I paid which was around 75 Canadian it was worth it but not what I expected for a 3 star hotel.

Location wise it's terrific. Easy walk to trains for airport transfer or to many sights, bars and attractions. Area never felt unsafe either. I loved Brussels and this area overall.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location and the friendly staff. The elevator is old and it is completely normal that it gets stuck between the floors. The hotel in general looks very worn off. The matress was so uncomfortable that I would have thought about sleeping on the floor if it hasn‘t been so dirty.
It is extremely loud. You wake up several times when your room neighbors come home no matter how quiet and careful they are.

Very nice and simple- perfect for an active trip! Staff are friendly and welcoming from the moment of arrival.
Only slight criticism with the temperature- as we were in Brussels during a very hot period if was sometimes uncomfortable in the room at night, despite having been provided with a fan.
Love the lift (adds character) 😂
