I have been staying in Brussels on a regular basis for years. There are a number of good hotels in Brussels, but the Hotel Orts is outstanding! The staff were friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. The room was excellent, the WiFi was a very welcome free service and the food was superb! I wish I had found this hotel before and I will not even consider any other for the future. For me, this is THE hotel to stay in if you are in Brussels.

Was on the top floor which had great views of the surrounding streets and terrace houses. Bed was extremely comfortable so after s big day of walking I slept like a dream.
The bathroom was tidy and had everything I needed.
Overall, it was a great stay, very clean and close to all restaurant, bars and sites. Would highly recommend.

I thought this was a bar and we only stopped for a quick drink before dinner but the weather outside was bad and the atmosphere inside was good. Service was great so we stayed for dinner which was really enjoyable. We didn't stay at the hotel but the bar/restaurant was good

Staying at this hotel in July of 2019 was a highlight of our time in Brussels. When I made the booking, I requested a room with a balcony and I honestly think they gave us the best one in the entire place. It is not fancy, but very unique and perfect for my boyfriend at I who were young travellers in Belgium for the first time. The staff was very friendly, and the location was absolutely perfect- bars, restaurants, and beautiful architecture on every corner!

We arrived fairly late in the day and were greeted with a warm and friendly smile. We were shown to our room with clear instructions and information about breakfast etc. We headed out for a walk and found we were right in the thick of things! Restaurants and bars were plentiful around the area, but in no way loud and rowdy so did not impact us in that way.
We happened upon Grand Place without even meaning to go there that evening and it really is just a short walk.
The room was cosy and bathroom small, but we had all we needed for a one night stay as we drove through Belgium to Switzerland. The bed was so comfortable and we slept very well.
Breakfast was reasonably priced and had many options of everything you would want for a continental breakfast. Delicious coffee!!
Overall a lovely little hotel with friendly staff!

Ok! The reception doesn't speak really well. When you arrive you will think that you make a mistake getting a room here. But the hotel is really great. Great rooms with a beautiful view. Really recommend this hotel. All clean and nice. Nice bedroom also.

The beer pub and restaurant is spacious. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The food looked good and we had a descent selection of beer.
