Room was fantastic. Big comfy bed, pillows were great. 3 skylights in the room, and the noise was barely getting through when we listening. Tub was big, staff were great.
They need to update that they do have a front desk now, and it's inside the restaurant. But nothing to complain about
Food was fantastic huge portions. Only issue was the double bed being just two singles pushed together but they came apart
The bathroom was small and not separated from bedroom no door . Very noisy had 2 parties during our stay
Staff were helpful and friendly.
Cosy, clean and comfortable room, very good breakfast, centrally located but unfortunately very noisy for the restaurant and bars around.
Very spacious there was a heater problem but they immediately gave us a personal heater and it was wonderful!
Location is convenient, but is around the party area so is quite noisy till late, room is big but the shower area is open so is little inconvenient if you are with more than 2 in a room, overall is a good option for a quick visit
Ok I’ll be real in regard to my thoughts. Now I know how Ann Frank felt. The room was a little bigger than a closet. BUT you get what you pay for let’s leave it at that. I wasn’t expecting more. Bed was comfy. But the staff was as friendly. The stairs were a killer. I honestly made the best of it and it was so bad that it was fun. At night me and my friends would laugh about it on face tine. Until...
We had a lovely stay at Sleep & Go expo.
The room is very clean and cute, even the bathroom is really fine.
The location is quite alright as well, didn’t take too long to travel to the city centre.
However, the online check in system is rather confusing- it still requires payment even if I had successfully paid and received the confirmation.
And late check in could cause some issues - we arrived...
Perfectly fine. The shower isn't great. But a comfortable bed, fridge, and hairdryer. Perfect for sleep and go!
The isolation is terrible. You can always hear the noice or mobile phone talk or even water drainage any time. The room is quite nice and is spacious. The staffs always give yiu smile face.
This a very great place to stay and people working very friendly
Bathroom could have been cleaner, but extremely friendly staff and spacious rooms. good budget stay!

I checked into your hotel today, but to my surprise, it turns out that the room is not cleaned daily. Additionally, you only receive towels for one day, and if you want clean towels daily, you have to pay extra for them. I find this very strange and disappointing, especially since this was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. If I had been aware of this, I would probably have chosen a...
Hotel is very close to bus stop Ambiorix. Bus 63 takes you to Gare Centrale. Staff at reception was nice and helpful. However, there is no staff during the weekend, so we couldn't store our luggage when we checked-out on a Sunday and had to go to Gare Centrale to do so. Apartement was spacious and perfect for us, however very dated. AC on max setting did nothing. Nights were stuffy and very warm, even...
The service at reception was excellent! Great location.
The location of the hotel is very safe and quiet, and the view outside is beautiful, the facilities are slightly outdated but clean, the air conditioning is not very powerful, a little hot to stay in summer.
The amenities provided in the suite were great, the kitchen even had a dishwasher, loved it.
The deposit was expensive, and the check-in process took so long that I couldn't get through on the phone. I also emailed them directly, but they never replied.
I used it for business trips and it was nice that it had separate bedrooms and living rooms, a terrace, and a work desk.
Brussels, Rue Des Dominicains 25 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
A well placed apartment , great location . Clean , comfortable huge bed , all the extras , toiletries , kitchen essentials! All in all great value for money !
This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The hotel has no reception and, to this moment, has not provided any check-in instructions. We arrived in the evening around 8pm, after an international flight, with our 3-year-old child—only to find ourselves locked out, unable to access the building. No instructions had been sent whatsoever.
Thankfully, some other hotel guests happened to...
Quick and clear check in and check out.
The room was large, everything you need was available. Unfortunately, despite there being two televisions (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom), I was unable to get them to work at least in the evening, having traveled with a child who, upon returning from walks, would have happily relaxed by watching a cartoon on TV.
The large bathroom with soap, shower...
Although the building is great and the location is also great, the management of this establishment is terrible: the shower screen leaks water and the bathroom floods, so towels are scarce. It was very dirty and had spiders (see photo), but the worst thing is the service, because if you have a problem they don't even let you know (as happened to some colleagues) who were left on the street due to a...
Adding WhatsApp as a communication option would make it much easier for guests to contact staff.
Great location for friends and family trip. Best online platform with 24/7 professional customer support.

Apologies can’t say but keep receiving messages from hotel to comment on stay we could not undertake. Booked two bed apartment which was absolutely perfect months in advance but shortly before trip informed room no longer available. Offered smaller room but due to heath condition not suitable for our group of three people. Company kindly offered alternative accommodation though further out of centre...
The person at the reception has been very kind and efficient, very good!
The room itself had some problems, micro wave did not work, there were no liquid soap enough for the shower.
Nice apartment hotel. Would have like to have a chair in my room. Had to sit on the bed while using the computer for work. P
Good location. My room was not too clean and a lot pf spot, someones hair etc was around. AC didn’t work and the room was quite hot.
This is a decent serviced apartment, close to the MRT station and bus station, with a small supermarket across the street. Transportation and shopping are quite convenient. Since it's a serviced apartment, there's no receptionist at the apartment. Upon arrival, you have to take a bus to a separate check-in location, which is a bit inconvenient.
Overall, the apartment charges are reasonable.

This apartment offers good value for money. It has old-world charm and is very well located in Brussels. Public transport is very close by. Breakfast is included.
Elegant, stylish, comfortable! Dear Cecile! Thank you! We spent nice time in your cozy apartment.
Cozy and very spacious B&B. Definitely recommend
We had a wonderful time in this charming apartment.
The cleanliness of the place is noteworthy.
Our host was very welcoming.
The breakfast was perfect.
We will definitely return on our next visit.

Just perfect. Room, location and above all the hosts.
Very warm welcome
The rooms were very clean and the bedding very comfortable
The breakfast was varied and very enjoyable with Brigitte
Ideally located
I would happily return
Nice B&B with practical, clean and well-maintained bed- and bathroom. Very friendly hosts.
Just Amazing! Very polite owner.

The breakfast was really good!
3N Fam Trip in BE
Stayed 2N to this Hostel for the 3N BE fam trip. Just another introduction to our 2 teenager's kiddos - what's life having a hostel accommodation. Around 12mins walk to the underground train station and a 10mins to the nearest bus stop to City Centre. Good enough BFast to start the day and that's all inclusive with your booking. Although shower gel and shampoo are provided, must loan...
Eco-friendly hostel in city centre
Great location. Easy check in and check out. Free , secure parking. Free breakfast. The only complaint is that it was not too clean (no toilet paper and sticky floor in the room, toilet was definitely not cleaned before our arrival). But would stay again as great atmosphere : young and old from all over the world. Nice to see.
After returning to Luxembourg, I chose to stay here again. This time the twin room is better than the last time, mainly because the layout is more convenient and reasonable.
There is a particularly speechless shortcoming. The water from the shower faucet does not spray around, but is concentrated in one point. It does not reach my body at all and flows along the pipe. In addition, you have to press...
For us, Brussels is only interesting in the square area. In other aspects, because we drive an RV, we need a parking area with RV equipment. It is best to be closer to the city center and leave after visiting the square. This youth hostel meets our needs, but there are limited parking spaces for RVs. Fortunately, the beds in the youth hostel are not expensive, and the two ladies in the same room are...

Unlike other hostels, this one was exceptionally clean. I had a comfortable stay without any inconveniences, so I highly recommend it.
Excellent hostel. Location - 10-15 minutes to the main attractions. The hostel is clean, great room, good beds, sockets and individual lighting. Bath in the room, also clean and comfortable. Toilet on the floor. Breakfast is provided (boiled eggs, sausage, cheese, fruit, butter), coffee machine. Definitely recommend.
The front desk was very helpful.
The water in the shower booth drain was getting hard to drain.
The reception doesn't seem to be open 24 hours, but you can check in at the bar even if you arrive late at night. The beds in the dormitory don't have numbers, so you have to find an empty one yourself. The beds were fine. However, one of the luggage racks was broken and couldn't be pulled out, and the other was placed in a place where it couldn't be pulled out no matter what you did due to the structure...

Overall, the stay was not too bad. If not for some inconveniences, I would have rated this hostel better.
First, the nearest Metro exit was under renovation. As a result, I need to detour quite a fair bit to get into the Metro station. It is ok without luggage, but with luggage, it is much more challenging with cobblestone road.
Second, this is the first hostel which I paid for twin room and was...
The location is excellent, very close to the shopping mall.
It was raining on the day I arrived, and I arrived later than expected due to an accident on the way. However, the reception lady was extremely kind and helpful. I asked if it was possible to pay for an upgrade to a three-bedroom room, but she said it was fully booked. Later, she told me there had been a system error and kindly arranged a...
Good location in the historic city centre, friendly 24-hour reception that makes the whole facility feels safe. However, would be much better if the beds have their own curtains.
Was nice experience ,neat and clear ,much appreciate staff was very good .
Good, clean, free breakfast.
However there’s rule, where you can’t enter the room from 12-3pm because of housekeepers cleaning.
So i can’t sleep/rest during those period. Need to get out.
good to stay and nees to touries .just walk to main place and shoping mall
Amazing, breakfast is amazing , very close to city centre

Yes quite nice. But no kitchen. Bunk beds not so comfortable if one moves the other shakes!
Hostel is in a strange region i feel unsafe. Hostel personnel was nice except one working in breakfast building. He insisted me to give my social media contact addresses it was really annoying I was travelling alone but this is the first I have came across something like this. Hostel was clean but breakfast wasn't good
Great hostel, 2 beds and 1 key was an annoying policy (considering the traveller with me was unwell and in bed for a lot of our stay). Great staff and facilities.

Very good and staff are very friendly. One staff gave me free print out of tickets and it was so helpful for me.Thank you guys. Keep it up😊
The hotel is clean and has a good location near Brussels-South, making it easy to travel around the city.
Affordable price, it is not at the city central, about 700m away from the city central, good price if u want to save money. The hostel is clean, Amenities provided are ok also!
It’s clean. Staff was friendly and kind. Location is the best.
The place is in a good location but nothing is provided .even bathroom dies not had a mat.
The hostel is located near the train station, within walking distance. The amenities are good, and the rooms are clean. However, there is no lift, so I had to carry my luggage up to the fourth floor.

If you are looking for relaxation, rejuvenation, a clean and quiet environment and above all very, very kind people, this is the ideal place. They treated us like family, and we can't wait to go back next summer.
The hotel, just steps from the sea, charmed us with its cozy vibe and exceptional service. From the very first minute, we felt welcomed and very comfortable. The reception girls were absolute stars!A huge thanks to them for making our stay so comfortable. The whole staff was lovely—always smiling, greeting everyone, and checking in on us 🫶. Rooms were spotless, with plenty of storage space. Daily...
It is a beautiful hotel, practical if you want to visit the north west of the island, or even the south west (car required).
The rooms are spacious, all with balconies upstairs and terrace on the ground floor. Side sea view from upstairs.
The beach in front of the hotel is a pebble beach, bring shoes for swimming. It is certainly not the most beautiful beach in Crete, but free deckchairs and parasols...
Very good family hotel. Very good cuisine with Greek specialties. The cooks are always smiling and are courteous, the same goes for the cleaning ladies who work hard in the heat, everything is clean, the rooms, the gardens and the swimming pool. The beach a little stones but the hotel provides free deckchairs as well as canoes. Beach monitored by hotel volunteers as well as entertainment. Thank you...
Everything was perfect ! From the bar to the buffet, including cleaning service and reception. The staff is smiling and pleasant no matter the time or location of the hotel. I honestly have nothing to complain about.
Perfect hotel
Cool hotel with great views.
Top rating!
Cozy place, by the sea. Cleanliness everywhere!
In the rooms, in the restaurant, dishes, glasses! Bravo, guys!
The food is varied and delicious! Thank you very much to the chefs and waiters and barwoman Maria. A wonderful manager of the restaurant.
