Apologies can’t say but keep receiving messages from hotel to comment on stay we could not undertake. Booked two bed apartment which was absolutely perfect months in advance but shortly before trip informed room no longer available. Offered smaller room but due to heath condition not suitable for our group of three people. Company kindly offered alternative accommodation though further out of centre which was more suitable for our needs after we contacted them.

The person at the reception has been very kind and efficient, very good!
The room itself had some problems, micro wave did not work, there were no liquid soap enough for the shower.

Nice apartment hotel. Would have like to have a chair in my room. Had to sit on the bed while using the computer for work. P

Good location. My room was not too clean and a lot pf spot, someones hair etc was around. AC didn’t work and the room was quite hot.

This is a decent serviced apartment, close to the MRT station and bus station, with a small supermarket across the street. Transportation and shopping are quite convenient. Since it's a serviced apartment, there's no receptionist at the apartment. Upon arrival, you have to take a bus to a separate check-in location, which is a bit inconvenient.

Not very clean. Expensive for what it is.

Good stay, only no personal contact and the shower cabin was leaking. We also checked in on the weekend, therefore there was no physical service.

Get what u paid for. Location looks close to center on the map, but is abt 20mins walk with some uphill. Cleanliness is alright. Room not very enticing, basic - good if u rly need to have a roof over yr head for a 1 night stopover. When we stayed, there was a smell and we couldnt figure out where it was coming from. Smells like what u would smell in a kitchen, which is not nice if u just wanna crash and sleep. Corridors outside the room also musty, carpets look icky.
Pre-check in procedure required, which we were not aware of, but that was sorted out thanks to good communication with the staff over the lobby phone. Allows for luggage storage in safe space, seamless process for this as well 👏 provided soap from rituals, which is the best thing abt this hotel.
