Where to stay in Brussels

The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent, with a nice area to walk around and plenty of cozy cafes. It's also an easy walk to Grand Place, about 10 minutes.

We were there for one night in Brussels, convenient, nice location and lovely team. Just didn’t like the pushiness of the front desk telling forcing us to sign to their loyalty program or we will have to wait 3 hours for the room.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right across the street from a major shopping area, and just a few minutes' walk from Brussels North Station, which is super convenient. The room itself was quite small, but the bed was large. Breakfast was pretty standard, nothing spectacular. The two coffee machines were constantly broken, but they did have stir-fried noodles, which was a nice comforting option...

It was decent, I guess. For the price, staying in Brussels felt a bit cramped, but maybe hotels in Belgium are just generally expensive. It's conveniently located near the square, making it easy to get around. The hotel breakfast was quite basic.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Indigo. Right in the center of the city and close to main spots. Room was nice, really nice... and hotel is really mindful about curbing water wastage and promoting a greener Earth. The bar at the hotel is really good as well. So many good things to say.

Nice location—just a 7–8 minute walk to Nord Station, making it easy to reach other cities. It’s also about a 15–20 minute walk to Grand Place, which is very convenient for shopping. The room was decent overall, and the mattress was comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The only downside was the shower, as the water pressure was quite weak and could definitely be improved.

The heating in one of the rooms needed fixing. Otherwise, everything was good.

Staff was courteous, housekeeping was fabulous. The restaurant was closed all weekend and room service had to be ordered from the bar if you wanted food. Weekend food was not very good bar had only one attendant who worked very hard to serve everyone.

Room was quite small for 3 big luggages. Luggage cannot be left open otherwise it will block the entire walkway, thus some of us have to keep opening and closing the luggage. Toilet is of decent size. Location is really good, near to Brussels central station and grand place, walkable to most attractions. Staff is friendly.

The hotel location is excellent, right in front of the train station, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's in a city center location, so dining is easy with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby. The front desk service is very welcoming, and the hotel environment is also good. All the attractions are around the hotel, within walking distance.

There is also small shops inside the hotel where you can buy the local brand chocolate and wines from China, even on Sunday where the shops in the street are closed, it is very good option for people who need to buy gift when only staying short period, especially in the weekend.

Our go-to place in Brussels for a night or two. Ideally located, yet quiet, excellent food (especially the authentic Chinese restaurant). Very comfortable bed, parking... what more could you want?

Great location, kind staff. Everything was almost perfect, except two things: for our 3 day stay, we had to check in and check out every day and each time pay a deposit. No one seem to be able to explain why. For one of the days, our breakfast had disappeared from the reservation. There's clearly something to be improved in the reservation system.

This is a standard business hotel, not the best choice for travelers. The room on the ninth floor has a good view, is spacious and bright, and you can see the sunrise every morning.

We had booked a room with a balcony terrace on Trip.com. Unfortunately, that's not what we got upon arrival and I had to pay an extra €30 at check-in. Which Trip.com later refunded me. They didn't offer a late check-out until 2 p.m. They asked for another €30... it's not the same service as before. I'll choose another hotel for my next business trip. The hotel is very close to the Grand Place in the center of Brussels, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk. The room is relatively large, the facilities are complete, there is its own parking lot, and the breakfast variety is quite good

Location of this hotel was superb. Right next to Brussels Central station, and next to a lot of food options and shopping. We stayed 3 nights, and paid 90 euros to have our room upgraded to a bigger room. Room was facing the Smurf sculpture so it was very quiet. This was one of our best stays during our long trip starting from Amsterdam.

The place is pretty close to the EU Parliament, within walking distance of the nearest metro and bus stop. We got an early check-in without being charged extra as rooms were available. The staff was very nice. However, they don't have smart TVs, or at least not in my room, as I was not able to Chromecast anything, and the antenna was only showing local shows.

I literally booked this room 3 hours before I arrived and everything was ready for my arrival. Brand new room (hotel was under construction) with modern look and very clean. Staff at front desk was helpful and efficient, I had an issue with the shower head and came back to it fixed quickly. Only negative was the layout of the bathroom - you can’t sit on the toilet properly, you must sit sideways 😂

It's a good apartment solution. There were building works right by our windows, which wasn't ideal in the morning, but overall we had a good time. Definitely would have loved it slightly cleaner (hoovering). I think it's always appreciated to find tea bags in the hotel room, even in a self-service accommodation.

My stay was actually quite good – the location and room were fine, but the breakfast selection was a bit limited. However, what really angered me was on the first night after housekeeping cleaned the room, they took my pajamas from the bed and the luggage cover that was casually tossed on the floor, and stuffed them together onto a chair! I've stayed in hotels for many years, including budget ones...
