Really convenient location, close to all the major historical sites, shopping and Christmas Markets. Hotel has rooms in 2 sites. We were in room 202 which is in the Galleria St Hubert. Room is spacious and well appointed but unfortunately noisy due to shouting in the middle of the night (happened all 3 nights) and why I lowered the rating as otherwise was excellent.

Our room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The balcony and mini bar were also very nice to have. The cleaning staff did an excellent job each day servicing our room and restocked coffee and water each day. The property is very well situated, close to the Grand Place, a beautiful cathedral, and a train station. Our room had a small balcony with a table and chairs, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was very good, although it could get busy, resulting in some waiting times for service or food items. Obviously a popular destination!

The hotel has a friendly reception, but the hotel itself is in desperate need of a renovation. The elevator even felt unsafe and we took the stairs. However, the room was clean-ish and the sheets were clean, so for a couple of nights it was okay.

I stayed at this hotel a short walk to Brussels'marvelous art museums(Old Master's,Fin de Siecle,Magritte,Bozart)for eight days. Probably the strongest advantage of the hotel is its close location to the city center. Everything is around 30 min walk from the hotel. Great for shorter stay, but staying there for a week has been too much and tiring. Nice receptionist, small, budget breakfasts. The neighborhood feels a bit unsafe in the evenings. Closest fast foods and stores 1-3 min walk from the hotel.

Room is clean ang big, personnel is charm and rooms are relatively quiet. The only but is the automatic water heater switch working continously even at night and being quite annoying. Also, if you are not used to take the tram to reach here or by car.... you have to walk quite a bit. For the price I paid i have no comments.

Great find on ******* Great little hotel. It’s not a luxury hotel but it had a traditional family run feel and seemed popular with tradesmen. The staff were great, especially at the bar restaurant reception, and food was very good.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Location was amazing!!! I enjoyed opening the window and listening to the live music and watching the people in the square below. Grand Place just a block away. Chauffeuring a young lady from London to Brussels I just needed a bed for the night before returning to London. As the hotel states check-in closes at midnight I was delighted to be received at 00.30. Secure parking is imperative to me so was pleased spaces were available. As they say, you only get what you pay for, the Eurocap met my requirements.

It is tidier inside than the outside suggests. The lift broke down when we used it and our shower was not operational- the water squirted out the back of the handle instead of the rose.

Poor quality of bedsheets, no clean glasses/cups in apartman.

Going out to play with friends is really cost-effective. The bedding towels are very new and the bed is very comfortable. Maybe some facilities are unreasonable, but the service is very good and cost-effective.

One of the best things about this hotel is the breakfast. It’s really convenient not having to go out early in the morning to look for food. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, which is a big bonus and made my stay even more enjoyable.

My stay at Hotel Queen Anne was excellent. The room was warm, very clean, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, and the lady Florentina at breakfast was especially kind and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and varied, a great start to the day. I truly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

I stayed here while in Brussels for Newcastle's Champions League game against USG, the room was basic but very clean, the hotel staff were really good, very helpful and always had a smile on their face, the fridges behind the reception were filled with a good range of Belgian Beers which were freezing cold. If I had the opportunity to visit Brussels again I'd definitely consider staying here again

I stayed there for 3 nights. I had a lovely stay. The location is great very close to city center and public transport. I felt pretty safe walking around till midnight. The hotel room is new and very clean. I would definetly prefer to stay again.

The hotel is in a great location just few minutes from Brussels Zuid but the area feels a bit unsafe, as it’s near train station and there are quite a few homeless people around. It’s not recommended for solo traveller to go out too late at night.

Unfortunately there were ants around the waste bin under the table.  The room sound insulation is very poor. Lots of noise from the other room.

The staff are all very friendly! The location is close to tourist spots such as manneken pis and Saint-Nicolas, only several minutes of walk.  However, the hangers provided in the room are almost damaged and the window could not be fully closed that it was cold to sleep on the right hand side. The room was very clean and comfortable. It's also close to the station, making it easy to use the tram and metro. Plus, you can walk to the tourist attractions in about 20 minutes. However, I felt the area was a bit unsafe.

Hotel ok but shower did not work The hotel was ok, but room Number 45, they seriously need to fix the shower! First only ice cold water, then maybe 5sec ok Temperature, then burning hot. Asked them to fix it but nothing happened. Breakfast pretty basic, but for the price of 10€ the quality-price ratio was ok. They make you an omelette if you want it, did not try. Coffee 2/5 stars

Very good value indeed, and a pleasant experience: after an excellent Indian meal in the restaurant, we found the 2nd floor room - accessible by lift - fairly small, with a very wide and comfortable double bed and a spotless, well equipped bathroom. The breakfast offered a copious variety of things to eat and drink and we were welcomed by the delightful lady in attendance. We shall certainly return
