The room was fine. We had duplex type of room, with our bed upstairs and a big window for fresh air. We were only very disappointed by the staff at the front desk. 2 of the 3 people we talked to only spoke French, not even English. One of them also barely spoke French, mixed with Spanish. I don't get how this could work for the many tourists in Brussels who don't speak French.

Great location. It was a 6 minute walk from the Central Station so it is very accessible. It is also close to the Grand Place so it is a plus. Very accommodating staff, very friendly. Had a great stay. 10/10 highly recommended!

While the room's facilities aren't new, the service staff were excellent and very attentive. The breakfast was also delicious. I'd recommend it for short stays and it's perfect for family trips. The hotel is conveniently located just a four-minute walk from the station.

The place is in a great location, the staff were nice and friendly, our room was okay, it looked out to a pretty uninspiring concrete area and the hotel cafe, but for a one night stay for a stop over, it was great.

Fantastic location, just a stone's throw from Brussels' Grand Place, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit simple, and the room was on the smaller side, but otherwise, everything was great!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Brussels. The staff are truly amazing and provide excellent service from the moment you arrive. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about making your stay comfortable. The best part, however, is the owner. He is an exceptional person who has travelled all around the world and truly understands what a traveller needs.

Hotel Mozart is a unique place. Visually pleasant and appealing. Rooms are small but comfortable and they make great waffles. The location is great. Strongly recommended.

The guy at the reception was talking in a video call during the whole check in. He gave me another type of room at first which I had to go and request for a change. The new room was again the wrong type of room with three beds but at least was quite ok. But it was very cold and humid inside barely managed to sleep! Otherwise the decor of the hotel in general is very nice!

Loved the location, quite noisy at night but that adds to the city lifestyle. Would recommend if you want to be in a prime location.

Hotel Mozart is in an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from Grand Place, which is ideal for sightseeing and exploring the centre of Brussels on foot. Property is a refurbished building. Rooms are clean and freshly renovated. It’s quiet and a short walk to Brussels Midi. Very helpful staff and space in the lobby if you need to work. Terrace out the back is a sun trap. Would stay again.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Central for the city and Forest National (we were attending Sam Fender concert). 20/30 minute either way. Hotel was clean, comfortable. The staff approachable and friendly. Breakfast tasty and plentiful. Cant wait to come back.

The problem here isn’t with the accommodation itself, but with the invoicing - which is a complete mess. The host doesn’t understand that they need to issue an invoice for the full amount, not just the amount reduced by the Booking.com commission. I had a long correspondence with them, but they still didn’t provide a proper invoice, which raises the suspicion that the host may be committing tax fraud...

I do not know where to start, but let me explain my experience with that place. First of all, everything is online included in accessing the room. They have digital key through their website which is questionable whether advantage or disadvantage. But, all was easy, smooth process to me! Location: OmG! A decent motel near Gare du Midi station- about 10 minutes by foot. Clean. Cheap.

Parking was easy.. but breakfast was poor.. old bread...

Easy check-in, safe parking and welcoming staff. The way to get out was blocked by the laundry van so we had to wait - reception said a few mins, we went back to ask after 10+ mins and asked if the van can be moved and they said no just wait until they go. Very inconvenient and frustrating being stuck with no consideration for guests

Perfect location next to the auto route, the stadium, Atomium and 2 metro stations. Rooms are great for a few nights stay. Breakfast choice is not huge but what there is, is good. Staff were great. Bars and restaurants & suoper market nearby.

Hotel was basic and fine for a few days while visiting Brussels. For the price you get what you pay for. Internet kicks you out but you just log back in and the speed and connection was good.

Close to the stadium and staff is great

Very Nice and cozy hotel, very good breakfast. Staff are so fiendly and helpful, so near to Brussels Expo & mini-Europe. Metro & undergroud stations are just steps away from the hotel. The only thing is that they only accept Euros, so if you want to pay in cach you must go to a currency exchange before heading to the hotel as none is near the hotel (only in down town).

Unfortunately, I couldn't use the reservation due to health reasons and it couldn't be cancelled. But it seems like a good place.

It is located in the city, beside double tree hilton and few walks away from a station. It took us 8mins walk to the famous street and the Royal Galleries. The room is really spacious, completes with amenities, good service over the counter about me asking how to go to the Charleroi airport in the morning. It is also very clean and comfortable for a budget stay.

The hotel is in an old building, renovated and clean, but the stairs are very narrow. It is very well located for the old town, but my room overlooking Place Rogier was too noisy. Fortunately, the staff (Rikki, Sergio and the others) were charming and changed my room to one at the back without any problems.

I really liked this place. It was cheap and easy to get to all the touristy places via public transportation. The neighborhood is mainly Turkish so you'll have some nice kebab places on nearly every corner. Rooms are modest. Bed was big, clean and comfortable. The stand up shower was a bit awkward, but it suited my individual needs fine. Their continental breakfast is 7€ per day but worth every cent...

If price is only consideration then it's good. If you want to bring other variables like ambiance etc and ready to shell out more then please look elsewhere.

The cleanliness was questionable, and the bed was very uncomfortable. The light fixtures were in poor condition, and the curtains were dirty and damaged. The only upside was the location...

Everything is great! And the best locations are nearby.

The location was excellent, just one subway stop from Brussels North Station. However, the stairs were narrow, making it inconvenient with large suitcases.

A series of treacherous staircases up to the room, some of them without lighting. No soap, gel or shampoo. One towel. Bed had no bedstead and was not flush against the wall, so no head support. No light switch by the bed.

Shower has no hot water.Not advisable for travellers with luggage as there is no lift and the staircase is too narrow.

Very affordable and clean hotel. The staff were very friendly. Will be my budget choice for Brussels next time.

The photograph on the website is somewhat misleading given that it has nothing to do with the hotel. It’s a very urban hotel benefitting from proximity to Brussels Midi and should front up on that. Once inside, the hotel is fine

Near from train station and very accommodating staff

Just what is expected from a budget hotel. The rooms are good however there is scope of improvement. Beds are comfy. Bathroom is clean and is of good size but the shower room is very tiny. Most disappointing was the breakfast. Nothing bad but the choice is limited. There is no freshly cooked food just ready to eat items like corn flakes, fruits, bakeries, etc.

I stayed here for 1 night but wish I could stay longer. It's located in a quiet area but it's well connected to the public transport system. A really nice café was within 1 minute walking distance. The interior of the room was clean, modern and spacious. There were a microwave and a fridge also. The only downside is that there was no elevator in the house.

I would have given all 5 stars if I didn't have a baby and faced the stairs with a stroller and a baby in it. Otherwise, very clan, they put an extra bed for the baby and gave us a bigger room. When I told them to change the blanket they came right away and the next day they already washed and dried the one they changed. I really like the place and recommend it.

The service and Wi-Fi are fine, but some rooms are old and showing signs of wear and tear. The bathrooms also have a slightly peculiar smell. Of course, this depends on the room. The people running the place were very nice but there was an odd smell in the room like there was a plumbing vent pipe that was broken or something. We should have mentioned it to them sooner but we were so tired so we just lived with it. When we told them as we were leaving they were very sad we did not tell them sooner as I think they would have changed our room.

Quite cheap, but you get what you pay for. Near everything you may wish for (metro, tram line, convenience store, laundromat, restaurant) but the room is quite small and there is no sound isolation between the rooms and from the outside. The structure is non accessible and the stairs are quite difficult to climb.

Being disabled and a last minute decision to go, the room was clean and warm, with fresh towels every day. We asked the cleaning staff to leave the beds as we can throw the duvet on the bed at night, The wall socket was loose, but as we didn’t need to use that socket it wasn’t a problem, There were others sockets available in the room. I stayed alone and was there for there late in the evening so thought it was good enough. The breakfast wasn't bad at all with enough variety for someone. Wifi was of good speed. Lack of few amenities may be a small concern.

If you want a not too expensive place to stay in Brussels that's a walking distance to the city centre and the train\coach station, this is the place. Friendly guys at the reception, clean room and clean environment. Lovely breakfast as well.
