The service and Wi-Fi are fine, but some rooms are old and showing signs of wear and tear.
The bathrooms also have a slightly peculiar smell. Of course, this depends on the room.
However, since it's close to the Atomium and within walking distance, Rich is great. There are also quite a few restaurants nearby.
I stayed 1day, 3rd floor. No elevator and narrow stairs. I was hard to sleep because of snoring just beside room.
I stayed 1day, 3rd floor. No elevator and narrow stairs. I was hard to sleep because of snoring just beside room.
The people running the place were very nice but there was an odd smell in the room like there was a plumbing vent pipe that was broken or something. We should have mentioned it to them sooner but we were so tired so we just lived with it. When we told them as we were leaving they were very sad we did not tell them sooner as I think they would have changed our room.
Very very basic
The reception was very small and resembled a bank tellers position. The room was in the roof space, the TV was youtube only plus having to pay for channels.
Quite cheap, but you get what you pay for. Near everything you may wish for (metro, tram line, convenience store, laundromat, restaurant) but the room is quite small and there is no sound isolation between the rooms and from the outside.
The structure is non accessible and the stairs are quite difficult to climb.

The staff's attitude was excellent (special thanks to our receptionists Clemence and Jean-Jacques, they were wonderful). I hope I spelled their names correctly :) If they're reading this, we'd be pleased if they approved :)
cleanliness, location, breakfast is excellent. The croissants, in particular, are unique; you won't find them anywhere else.
and treats served in the lobby.
We will definitely...
My stay at Hotel Queen Anne was excellent. The room was warm, very clean, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful, and the lady Florentina at breakfast was especially kind and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and varied, a great start to the day. I truly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.
Stayed here 2 nights. Albert at the reception was amazing. He welcomed me with great warmth and gave off a good vibe overall. I strongly recommend this hotel.
I stayed here while in Brussels for Newcastle's Champions League game against USG, the room was basic but very clean, the hotel staff were really good, very helpful and always had a smile on their face, the fridges behind the reception were filled with a good range of Belgian Beers which were freezing cold. If I had the opportunity to visit Brussels again I'd definitely consider staying here again
I stayed there for 3 nights. I had a lovely stay. The location is great very close to city center and public transport. I felt pretty safe walking around till midnight. The hotel room is new and very clean. I would definetly prefer to stay again.
Small but fairly modern room, bed sheets was clean and bathroom looked clean. Friendly and helpful staff.
Walls are thin and door does not reduce any noise from the corridor and there are also outside noise including a few airplanes in the morning. -but it was not to bad during the night.
Walk-in price is about six times higher then booking via the online booking service I used. Had I paid the walk...

The hotel is in a great location just few minutes from Brussels Zuid but the area feels a bit unsafe, as it’s near train station and there are quite a few homeless people around. It’s not recommended for solo traveller to go out too late at night.
Unfortunately there were ants around the waste bin under the table.
The room sound insulation is very poor. Lots of noise from the other room.
This room is so great and clean. It’s located in the city center
The staff are all very friendly! The location is close to tourist spots such as manneken pis and Saint-Nicolas, only several minutes of walk.
However, the hangers provided in the room are almost damaged and the window could not be fully closed that it was cold to sleep on the right hand side. Although it is not a very big problem, I still expected the whole environment could have been even better
The room was very clean and comfortable. It's also close to the station, making it easy to use the tram and metro. Plus, you can walk to the tourist attractions in about 20 minutes. However, I felt the area was a bit unsafe.
The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the South Station exit. I arrived early, and the front desk staff allowed me to check in 40 minutes ahead of time, which meant I could take a hot shower right away.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel in Brussels. The staff are truly amazing and provide excellent service from the moment you arrive. Everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about making your stay comfortable. The best part, however, is the owner. He is an exceptional person who has travelled all around the world and truly understands what a traveller needs.
Hotel Mozart is a unique place. Visually pleasant and appealing. Rooms are small but comfortable and they make great waffles. The location is great. Strongly recommended.
The guy at the reception was talking in a video call during the whole check in. He gave me another type of room at first which I had to go and request for a change. The new room was again the wrong type of room with three beds but at least was quite ok. But it was very cold and humid inside barely managed to sleep! Otherwise the decor of the hotel in general is very nice!
Loved the location, quite noisy at night but that adds to the city lifestyle. Would recommend if you want to be in a prime location.
The owner is friendly and the hotel is clean and in a good spot..
However the hotel is quite cold, noisy and sadly does not allow even for basic privacy.
Hotel Mozart is in an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from Grand Place, which is ideal for sightseeing and exploring the centre of Brussels on foot. Being so close to restaurants, shops, and attractions is definitely the hotel’s biggest advantage.
The room was quite small, which may feel a bit cramped, especially if you have luggage. Breakfast is provided but is left out already prepared...

Helpful staff that spoke good english, nice room and bathroom, decent breakfast! Very good value for money.
Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were friendly helping us with directions.
Property is a refurbished building. Rooms are clean and freshly renovated. It’s quiet and a short walk to Brussels Midi. Very helpful staff and space in the lobby if you need to work. Terrace out the back is a sun trap. Would stay again.
We stayed here for 2 nights. Central for the city and Forest National (we were attending Sam Fender concert). 20/30 minute either way. Hotel was clean, comfortable. The staff approachable and friendly. Breakfast tasty and plentiful. Cant wait to come back.
This is a brilliant little hotel, very well located and with comfortable well appointed rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful and will provide you with all the information you need. The breakfast looks ordinary but was outstanding and in particular the smoked ham and freshly baked hot apple pastries were wonderful. I had to go back for seconds! The area is within easy walking or public transport...

Nice little hotel on the outer edges of the city. Clean rooms, good service and we had a nice rooftop room. Perfect if you’re on a budget. Would definitely come back again
Nice personnel, minimalistic room, perfect location, silent place.
Hotel lobby and bar area really nice.
Room ready early which was great.
Room booked was small double which was fine.
Location was close to Louise metro station and plenty of bars and restaurants which were all great.
15-20 minute walk to centre which was great.
Ideal overnight stay in central zone of Brussels. It is hard to find a good value hotel now, this was perfect for a business stay with plenty of room and facilities. I will use them again
Parts nice. Parts not good.
A gallant effort: parts very nice, parts bad. The foyer cafe area is great. Nice staff. But please do NOT put guests on street facing rooms on nights when rubbish collection will start at 4am and be hugely busy for 3 hours. It’s unkind.
The room space is enough for four people to open their luggage, you can put your keys at the front desk very convenient, there is a metro station nearby, it is half an hour to walk out of the Grand Place in Brussels, the location is very convenient

Parking was easy.. but breakfast was poor.. old bread...
Easy check-in, safe parking and welcoming staff. The way to get out was blocked by the laundry van so we had to wait - reception said a few mins, we went back to ask after 10+ mins and asked if the van can be moved and they said no just wait until they go. Very inconvenient and frustrating being stuck with no consideration for guests
Perfect location next to the auto route, the stadium, Atomium and 2 metro stations. Rooms are great for a few nights stay. Breakfast choice is not huge but what there is, is good. Staff were great. Bars and restaurants & suoper market nearby.
Hotel was basic and fine for a few days while visiting Brussels. For the price you get what you pay for. Internet kicks you out but you just log back in and the speed and connection was good.
Close to the stadium and staff is great
Very Nice and cozy hotel, very good breakfast. Staff are so fiendly and helpful, so near to Brussels Expo & mini-Europe. Metro & undergroud stations are just steps away from the hotel. The only thing is that they only accept Euros, so if you want to pay in cach you must go to a currency exchange before heading to the hotel as none is near the hotel (only in down town).

The problem here isn’t with the accommodation itself, but with the invoicing - which is a complete mess. The host doesn’t understand that they need to issue an invoice for the full amount, not just the amount reduced by the Booking.com commission. I had a long correspondence with them, but they still didn’t provide a proper invoice, which raises the suspicion that the host may be committing tax fraud...
I do not know where to start, but let me explain my experience with that place.
First of all, everything is online included in accessing the room. They have digital key through their website which is questionable whether advantage or disadvantage. But, all was easy, smooth process to me!
Location: OmG! I knew that location was not perfect I was ready to see anything. So, I would say not much surprised...

Unique location and building
Really had a secret garden with a small pool
location is good, very near to shopping streets and is walkable to Bruseels central (if not in a rush can stroll slowly will take about 20 min) Room is cosy but size is just a little small for 4 pax.
Beautiful, friendly, quiet, and clean hotel. The room was lovely - spacious and I loved the window seating where you could look out into the garden. I think the fact the rooms are around the garden contributes to the quiet but it must also have some good sound insulation of some sort - it's very rare I have stayed somewhere in a city location and not needed earplugs at all!
The staff were very helpful...
The front desk rep - failed to get her name but she was super nice and helpful. (Morning shift) also, nice room. Cozy. Convenient. Clean.
The Room was spotless and very comfortable.
Staff were very helpful and Nice
Location for us was perfect.
Definitely recommend.

First the good points…location was excellent; central and near to a metro station. Rooms were clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast decent.
However, this place is more of a hostel than a hotel. No reception desk as such. The rooms are small and furnished with cheap and poorly fitted fixtures. ( one shelf was hanging off the wall and the headboard was missing). Little storage space. Only a badly fitted...
The distance from the main city centre and the Christmas Markets made this a great location with a relatively quick walk to the station to se other places nearby. Staff were very friendly too.
After an inauspicious start - arrived at noon to drop bags off to find breakfast buffet/ dirty dishes not cleared away - we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed and good shower. Slightly quirky style of room which was very small but perfectly ok for a few days. Breakfast was standard buffet style. Good location for exploring centre of the city.
The hotel is small and centrally situated. However it appeared to be run by students on their time off! They were ill equipped to deal with a busy xmas time.
This hotel was conveniently located and met our needs for the stay in Brussels. Our room was missing a mirror in the bathroom, which was frustrating and had a few faulty things (light, bathroom faucet) but didn’t negatively impact our stay enough to knock off a star. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was convenient for a quick fuel before checking out the city.
Check in easy, nice staff, decent breakfast. Rooms looked pretty however the bathroom mirror was too high. I am an average sized woman (5’5) and I couldn’t see myself. It made it difficult to get ready. A full length mirror would have been ideal to add to the room to accommodate for different heights. There’s a huge blank wall in our room which would have been perfect there.
Other than that, everything...

The hotel was good ,many facility's we did not eat in , it was close to train station and local supermarket. The staff was friendly and helpful. The negative part was there is no lift in the hotel which takes you to the floor where your room is allocated. The steps are steep it is easy to fall and get hurt when carrying ones suit case. One of the many things I appreciate about Aspria Royal La Rasante is how thoughtfully the club evolves to meet the needs of its members. These new work pods are a fantastic addition! The design is sleek and professional, with soundproofing that really works – a true bonus...
Excellent country club, family friendly. Also business friendly. You can make business meetings and also family meetings! Swimming pools for adults and kids, and other kinds of sports activities available for all tastes. Old member, I always re-charge in Aspria; before I start my working day/week.
2 nights business trip, I thought it was a nice place to stay having stayed in many others in Brussels. The hotel rooms are modern and great beds, built in the old part of the building. Complimentary access to the excellent gym facilities and pool is great. Restaurant is quite informal/ cafe vibe but my food was excellent. Breakfasts are basic but good and eggs to order. Overall really enjoyed...

The room was okay, not the best but acceptable for the price. The corridor leading to our room was very narrow and full of cleaning supplies and tools, which made it difficult for us to take our luggage to the room. The parking so small but it's location is perfect and the breakfast as well.
I stayed alone and was there for there late in the evening so thought it was good enough. The breakfast wasn't bad at all with enough variety for someone. Wifi was of good speed. Lack of few amenities may be a small concern.

Prices in Brussels can get very high, and since my company reimburses only up to a certain amount, it’s sometimes really hard for me to find adequate accommodation within budget. There’s no closet, just a small table and a...
The hotel has a friendly reception, but the hotel itself is in desperate need of a renovation. The elevator even felt unsafe and we took the stairs. However, the room was clean-ish and the sheets were clean, so for a couple of nights it was okay.
I stayed at this hotel a short walk to Brussels'marvelous art museums(Old Master's,Fin de Siecle,Magritte,Bozart)for eight days. My room was simple, but clean. The breakfast was good (wonderful fresh croissants with coffee). The management and staff of this hostelry was very efficient and cordial. The Sun Hotel is not fancy, but staying at the Sun was very pleasant.
Probably the strongest advantage of the hotel is its close location to the city center. Everything is around 30 min walk from the hotel. Great for shorter stay, but staying there for a week has been too much and tiring. Nice receptionist, small, budget breakfasts. The neighborhood feels a bit unsafe in the evenings. Closest fast foods and stores 1-3 min walk from the hotel.
We stayed at the hotel in June 2023 for 1 night. I wanted to choose a hotel near the center to see Brussels on foot and slowly.
