Progress Hotel in Brussels offers an exceptional experience, combining comfort, convenience, and modern amenities in a peaceful setting. The rooms are impressively clean and well-maintained, with a focus on comfort and style. The contemporary design creates a cozy atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The modern bathroom facilities are another highlight, featuring sleek fixtures and high-quality toiletries that add a touch of luxury to your stay.

The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's situated in a quiet, peaceful area, ensuring a restful night's sleep without the usual city noise. Despite this tranquility, the hotel is incredibly well-connected with excellent transport links nearby, making it easy to navigate around Brussels and explore its many attractions. Additionally, there are plenty of local shops and amenities in the vicinity, allowing for convenient access to anything you might need during your stay.

Overall, Progress Hotel is an ideal choice for anyone visiting Brussels. With its combination of cleanliness, modern facilities, convenient location, and peaceful ambiance, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning if I visit Brussels again.

The staff never bothered to inform us via any platform or email that the hotel had changed its name due to a takeover by another group. We were surprised not to find the hotel name displayed on the street until we had to ask the staff about the new name. The so-called 4-star hotel room was gloomy and outdated. The vanity kit was not replenished, which is basic courtesy when housekeepers notice it has been used (or perhaps the housekeepers just didn’t notice). Additionally, on one occasion, they threw my newly bought doll on the floor, which shows a lack of respect for the guest's belongings. If you're looking for a better experience, I would recommend going elsewhere.

I stayed at the hotel between 21 August-27 August 2024. Rooms are in good size, very clean and equipped with what you need. When you get into the hotel you either need to have a room card or ring the bell which is placed on the wall outside and staff open the door which makes the hotel very safe. However one downside is there are barely peole at the desk in the lobby. If a ring can be placed on the desk to call the staff this would prove very convinient for the customers. I cant rate the breakfast as I didnt choose to eat in the hotel. I must say tha members of the staff are nice and helpful though. Overall highly recommended

At first it is a nice room; high floor, spacious room and a balcony.
I missed the luxury of real glasses/cups, the coffee corner had little to offer. The coffee itself was nice.
Upon closer inspection, our ceiling light did not work, the socket next to the bed did not work either and the bed itself was made with bedding made of some kind of plastic. Very warm and sweaty.
The toilet brush was missing half, the pedal of the trash can was broken and the toilet bowl was still dirty from the previous stay.
After we handed in this list at check-out, we got an 'I will pass it on' and that was it.
To be honest, I had higher expectations of a hotel in Brussels Center.

The hotel is at good location. The customer service and staff were great. Breakfast good. The carpet in the room is outdated and needs to be replaced. Bad smell normally come from the toilet in our room but I am not sure if it happens in other room.

I recently stayed at Hotel Progress and felt it was more of a 3-star experience rather than the advertised 4-star. The shower was cramped and small, and the toilet had visible staining from hard water, which gave the bathroom an outdated feel. Additionally, the reception staff was often not present at the desk, and I wasn’t provided with any information about the hotel facilities upon check-in, which was disappointing.

On a positive note, the hotel's location is very convenient, being close to train and tram stations and within easy reach of the city center. Overall, while the location is great, the hotel could benefit from some updates and improved customer service to match its 4-star rating.

Excellent location with nearly train station

This hotel has a great location, good environment and good service, and a small balcony. The facilities are also very complete, with a bathtub. But the price is very expensive, about 100 euros, and you have to pay an additional urban construction tax. Of course, this is related to the regulations of Brussels, which is very expensive.
