Staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast area is well decorated, and I enjoyed sitting there and having a coffee. They have a pool table by the bar that my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed. They didn't have anymore parking available but I was able to find parking on the street.

One of the best Ibis properties I have stayed at, location is extremely convenient with the bus stop being just opposite to the hotel. Room was decent sized and clean. I didn’t eat at their restaurant so cannot comment about the food. Definitely recommended for all travellers!

It seems like each room has a different layout. The room I stayed in had a layout where it was difficult to hang clothes, and if you did, it blocked the TV. The sheets weren't clean, and the hairdryer was dirty.

The property is very well situated, close to the Grand Place, a beautiful cathedral, and a train station. Our room had a small balcony with a table and chairs, which was a nice touch. The photograph on the website is somewhat misleading given that it has nothing to do with the hotel. It’s a very urban hotel benefitting from proximity to Brussels Midi and should front up on that. Once inside, the hotel is fine

The main person that dealt with us was called Eve and she was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the property was excellent for the train station and the main square, which both was only a few minutes walk away.

The single room is very cost-effective, clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and an electric kettle is very important. The staff's service attitude is very good. I specifically asked the front desk about going to Waterloo and other issues, and they answered them patiently.

Ok place to stay. At least 20 minutes walking from Grand Place. Not very cosy neighbourhood. A little bit noisy from traffic. I really missed carpets on the floor. The grey concrete floor seemed cold and like a cellar floor. There could also have been more lamps/lights. The breakfast was cheap, but only plain croissants and coffee. That's all.
