Truly lovely and welcoming hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, simply outstanding. Nice room with air conditioning.

The night shift staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was comfy, cozy, and spacious, providing all essentials. Great location as well.
Breakfast was a tiny bit poor and the place to store luggage when necessary was a bit unsafe. Regardless, I recommend this hotel and I’d be happy to stay again next time I’m in Ghent.

This is a great place to stay. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and the breakfast was amazing. I'm sure I will come back here!

4 star experience in the centre of Ghent. 5 minutes walk from city Centre. Great, clean rooms, friendly staff. Parking nearby (Ramen)

Not a good place to be, you can find better options for the price you pay. Shaved socket was on top of the working desk in the living room. No restaurant!
