The bathroom is very spacious with a wet/dry separation, but the shower, toilet, and sink are all in one room, and there's only one, so you might have to wait during peak hours. The property is near to the public transportation, and tourist spots. It is also sorrounded by restaurant, bars, and pubs so can be so noisy. Personnel are so kind and friendly.  But all in all I enjoyed staying at this place.

Location is definitely the highlight of this hostel — right in downtown Brussels and very convenient for getting around the city. Cleanliness was acceptable but could use some improvement in certain areas. Amenities were basic but sufficient for a short stay. Service was fine overall; staff were polite and helpful when needed. Good option if you prioritize location over luxury.

It's supposed to be a female dorm, but there is a couple on the other bed. And there is no extra towel, it's used already.

Super Nice Hotel but Service is Not what you expect and know from other Hotels - Like the Bothanic Sanctuary in Antwerp before This stay. Room was cleaned on Sunday at 4pm there is no door to the toilet which is not good at all. Only 1 towel per Person in the bathroom and no Soap. We had booked a room with a balcony terrace on Trip.com. Unfortunately, that's not what we got upon arrival and I had to pay an extra €30 at check-in. Which Trip.com later refunded me. They didn't offer a late check-out until 2 p.m. They asked for another €30... it's not the same service as before. I'll choose another hotel for my next business trip. The hotel is very close to the Grand Place in the center of Brussels, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk. The room is relatively large, the facilities are complete, there is its own parking lot, and the breakfast variety is quite good

Great hotel with a perfect location for train travelers, right opposite the station. The staff provided excellent service and made our stay very pleasant. The rooms are clean and stylish. Just a heads-up that there aren't many dining spots in the immediate vicinity, but it's very easy to catch a train or metro to the city center for more options. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Location of this hotel was superb. Right next to Brussels Central station, and next to a lot of food options and shopping. We stayed 3 nights, and paid 90 euros to have our room upgraded to a bigger room. Room was facing the Smurf sculpture so it was very quiet. This was one of our best stays during our long trip starting from Amsterdam.

Room service has to be demanded every morning. Smelly sinknand shower had stains. But many towels and soap, also water kettle and instant coffee, was nice. Breakfast really expensive, hard to find breakfast stores nearby.

Renovations are noisy,airport shuttle doesn't operate on the weekends. And rooms don't have great soundproofing. And there's no way to contact reception apart from walking down.

The place is pretty close to the EU Parliament, within walking distance of the nearest metro and bus stop. We got an early check-in without being charged extra as rooms were available. The staff was very nice. However, they don't have smart TVs, or at least not in my room, as I was not able to Chromecast anything, and the antenna was only showing local shows.

Have stayed at this hotel many times since 2017, was in room 211 this time. As always the room was great, large size with a big shower. Now the new railway station is open its a quick walk through to the town centre. Very handy for the flibco bus to charleroi airport, the bus stops right outside

Hotel was exactly what we needed, central, next to a car park with a family room with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Room was clean, functional, cool. Only minor issue was the shower door was broken and would not close, it was late when we returned to the room after a day exploring Antwerp so just had quick showers and baths not to flood the room.

I would give this hotel 3 stars. It’s fine for a short stay of 1–2 nights, but definitely not a luxury experience. On the plus side, it’s very budget-friendly, so you get what you pay for—but not more. The breakfast was just okay, and the room was also fine, nothing special. I needed a room for the weekend as I had no hot water or heating at home so I knew the brand and location, all Ibis leave me with the same feeling, such a colourful brand but they really need a face-lift to all properties and rooms including this one. No noise protection and a little old.

Perfect located near city center. Rooms are ok but small. Bathroom is tiny. Good price quality. For a single night I would come back. For longer stays I would try to find a bit more room space and more quiet rooms. We did woke up several times from other guests. This is ofcourse not Ibis but the rooms are not properly sound proof.

They don’t provide any amenities except soap and all in one shampoo, no slippers, no fridge, no kettle or tea coffee. You’ll need to purchase those items it seems. I was pleasantly surprised by this Ibis, everything was spot on. The hotel was very clean, the staff extremely friendly, and service that exceeded expectations for a mid-range chain. The location is superb, close to Antwerp Central Station and within easy reach of the city’s main attractions.
