Coffee wasn't available until you'd checked in for breakfast, so you had to pay €3.50 per cup. Behind the bar, I didn't speak Dutch or French, only English, and this in a tourist accommodation.

Standard, good and clean room, friendly staff, generous breakfast with bubbles, good parking. You couldn't ask for more value for money.

Great central location between Dunkerque and Bruges. The family room was perfect for a family of four - double bed and a bunk bed for the kids. Breakfast was good, service excellent

With global roaming down, it proved very hard to locate the hotel. The hotel phone number on a poster by the motorway got no reply.

The room is very good, the breakfast buffet very good too.

Could not fault the staff every single one of them was very polite and helpful. The swimming pool was a good temperature and the games in reception were a nice touch.

Comfortable and clean. Last time I came here for a day trip, I found a free parking lot at Park & ​​Ride, which was a 10-minute walk from the hotel. So I parked my car there this time. Perfect!

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. There was an issue with one of my two rooms being cancelled without my awareness which was frustrating and lucky that there was a room available.

We had a fantastic three-night stay here last August into early September. The location is unbeatable, perfect if you're arriving by train, as the hotel is situated directly above the station. The staff at both reception and the bar were exceptionally pleasant and professional, making check-in and evenings at the bar a real pleasure. This Hotrl is a great hotel, but the hotel itself is a bit old but overall was good. Note if you are driving, you have to park the carpark next to the hotel, or you can park on the streets. (cuz we parked the carpark for around 10hrs and it costed us 29.90€.

Hotel is centrally situated with paid parking a five minute walk away. The room was clean and comfortable ya good shower. Breakfast was excellent. Better than Holiday Inn Express in the UK.

Everything was perfect, the breakfast was excellent 👍 the staff was lovely (reception, food, etc.). The only downside was the lack of parking. I spent 45 minutes looking for the municipal parking lot I was directed to, but in vain! As a result, I got a €25 fine because I was parked in front of the hotel; I had no choice.

This accommodation is great for a business trip because it has a pot in the room and a microwave in the lobby. Thus, you do not have to worry about your dinner. The room is spacious and clean, too. The location is the center of Hasselt.

The hotel's location is excellent, with super convenient transportation. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, and there are plenty of malls and restaurants nearby. On the downside, there was no heating from radiators, only from the air conditioner. Instead of a single double bed, there were two separate beds, and the mattresses kept sliding apart. Slippers were also missing. On the plus side, there was a beautiful view from the window (we booked a room with a view), and the room had a bathtub instead of a shower, which was convenient. I was impressed by the excellent location, friendly staff, and excellent rooms. It was right next to the Grandpolis, making it easy to explore.

It's close to the station and tourist spots. However, the room smelled of toilet. The bathtub was nice and spacious.

Comfortable hotel, enjoyed the sauna as part of room deal and snacks and drinks 16:30 to 20:00. Also only city tax to pay, no need to have to pay the 50euros charged by other hotels as holding fee.

Class property in a great location. Wonderful evening wine and snack happy hour. However, the shower was full of mold in practically every corner! Disgusting! Disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. The staff, except for the nice man running the happy hour, could all use a refresher course in "hospitality"

Had the size up from the tiny room and the size was fine, just me staying. Lovely area, plenty around but no noise from the street. Good times for checking in and out, great facilities in the room but could do with some additional surfaces. Great large shower and bed. Nice toiletries. Good range of tv channels. Staff was very friendly & helpful, Happy Hour is great and something we looked forward to daily, the breakfast had lots of variety, and the hotel’s location made sightseeing very easy… it was our favorite hotel of the Belgium trip! 😃

The hotel itself was okay, but the first thing we noticed was that the elevator was on the small side. The stated capacity certainly didn't match the actual number of people. Since we were on the 6th floor, taking the elevator wasn't an unnecessary luxury. We had to wait several times when two people were queuing because there were three of us. We choose Thermae Palace Hotel whenever we go to Oostende because it’s at a quiet place, far from the crowd and we get a nice walk along the beach when we go to the center which is not far away. I liked (a lot): 1. Variety of breakfast buffet way beyond average four star hotels 2. All staff extremely motivated and attentive, providing excellent service at all times 3. The atmosphere of grandeur of the hotel. The service on the reception. The quiet room with a superb view on the Belgian coast. The facilities of the restaurant: excellent service and good food.

Check-in in the middle of the night wasn't a problem. I had a bunk bed in an empty room, which was clean and had everything I expect from a hostel. Great stay for the price.

The front desk lady was beautiful. You have to make your own bed, which is a bit unusual. The environment is nice, and the bathroom is large but not very well laid out. The location is convenient.

Very good Hostel with excellent staff who were friendly with me on arrival. I arrived early and there was a luggage hold and was also able to check in early. The staff were multi lingual and they spoke English, French and Dutch. The bed and bathrooms were very comfortable and clean.

The location is decent as it’s right beside Centraal station but that comes with its pitfalls - security is really weak there and when walking to our floor we had to step over one passed out homeless (?) guy on the stairs and there was another guy just being shady also in the stairwell so we left immediately and went home (NL). Perhaps if I’d taken the lift and gone straight to my room that was ignorance...

The location is excellent. The front desk girl on night shift was nice and helpful. 👎： The power switch of bathroom doesn’t work well . The safe doesn’t work. I didn’t bother to ask because they should have been checked and fixed before I checked in. Overall, not bad. Still worth recommending.

The night shift staff were extremely kind and helpful. The room was comfy, cozy, and spacious, providing all essentials. Great location as well. Breakfast was a tiny bit poor and the place to store luggage when necessary was a bit unsafe. Regardless, I recommend this hotel and I’d be happy to stay again next time I’m in Ghent.

This hotel is verry nice verry clean. The rooms are verry nice and clean they are good size so is the bathroom and toilet. There is a swimmingpool 2 sauna's you can get a massage. The breakfast is verry good everything you want is there even bubbles,eggs pancakes ,croissants, saucage's,bacon and alot more. I really recommend this hotel for people.

Where do I begin, we arrived in the middle of a heat wave and although spending time on the beach was wonderful ,spending time and trying to sleep in our room was terrible .There is no air con and although we had a fan in the room sleeping at night was bad. This is meant to be a 4 star hotel, but there were so many things missing No beach towels Spa water only given on arrival No slippers or bath...

For "several" years, we've been going back every time we go to the beach... and every time we're delighted... I highly recommend it to anyone going to the beach. It's in our Top 5/Top 10!! ;-) On the other hand, if I can make one criticism, the hotel is aging... it could do with a lot of changes/improvements... starting with air conditioning in each room, removing the carpet in the rooms, changing...

Very friendly staff, from check-inn desk to breakfast personal. We had a very nice room, with a good bed and fluffy pillows and a big bathroom. The breakfast is superb ! All you can think of that you need for breakfast is available. The hotel is situated in the center and very close to the beach.

THe service is mid well, enough but not great

The Room interior is very relaxing and cozy, the only Problem we found is the main door, doesn‘t close securely, it should be double before going out and forcely close it. What we enjoy as couple is the Breakfast Buffet.

Disappointed regarding the electric car charges opposite the hotel entrance, should be made possible for guests whom stay to use those. Tried it with credit card, charge cards, Shell- Anwb, Bank. Room clean, bed good, amenities all there (iron & board , hairdryer) could do with some more clothes space! Breakfast a bit chaotic due to group(s)

Compact room with a very comfortable bed and matching pillows (a choice of options). Small, practical bathroom. The only downside is that the sink is very low, as I'm not tall myself, so... Ideal for one or two nights. Extensive breakfast buffet.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Atlas Hotel Brussels. The location was excellent; within easy walking distance to the main sights of Brussels and public transport. It was approx. a 15 minute walk to the central station. It was the perfect location to explore the Christmas Markets. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The staff were 1st class. The location was good The room was very basic. It did have tea & coffee facilities, which consisted of 2 coffee sachets, 2 tea bags (1 of which was chamomile), a small kettle, and 2 paper cups. I'd have thought that for what you are paying for the room, they could have at least given you proper cups. There is also a small safe. Breakfast was poor, no great choice, there...

The rooms are on the small side but they were clean. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but it was fine for a night. Big up for the staff, whether it was for check in or out, they were super friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean. The service was super friendly. We did not use the breakfast or dinner because of the many possibilities in the area itself. You can also do a lot in the area. We did the historical walking route as well as the art route. You are close to the shopping street.

Lovely Little hotel, rooms well air conditioned so good on a hot day. Room was tidy and clean, although noticeably dusty on the surfaces on shelving so that could do with a more in depth clean in that respect bar area clean and tidy, nice staff who spoke good English. Was a nice overnight stay. Will stay again.

The only issue I have is their parking. They have none. Good luck finding a spot on any street within a hundred yards. I ended up at a paid lot "Astrid", about 10 to 15 minute walk. If you have mobility issues, this might give you second thoughts. Other than that, it was clean, well appointed, decent breakfast. Oh, and they only take plastic. Staff was very friendly.

The best breakfast included I ever have. They also have excellent customer service. Additionally, there is parking space for an additional fee. This will allow you to have a remote control to open the entrance to their parking, located in the back of the hotel. For guests arriving at night, I suggest bringing a lamp or using the lamp of a cellphone because the parking has no illumination and you...

The room was very basic, no iron, no coffee pot, and no blower in the room but Great for the price. I was able to get a cup of coffee downstairs from breakfast for free.

Excellent reception from a very friendly employee. However, the shower room leaves much to be desired. It's impossible to shower without flooding the bathroom! The bottom of the bathtub is slippery, and it's wise to keep holding onto the grab bars (thankfully they're there!). C Adrien, February 6, 2025

A lovely hotel in a quiet location with peaceful parking. It has direct access to the motorway, allowing you to reach Brussels city center in 15-20 minutes.

A good night rest in Wavre Great hotel to stay for 1 or 2 nights. Matras and pillow are good, the shower has decent pressure. The breakfast is reasonable. Excelent restaurants within 10 minutes drive from the hotel.

Clean, good for a stopover. Breakfast was poor value - definitely not worth 15€ per person. No one checked anyway who had paid so as a family you could just pay for the adults and let the kids eat some of yours. Or avoid altogether and grab something from the huge supermarket 2 mins down the road.

Very practical location just at the entry of the center ! Rooms were good (we got a recently renovated one), but the hotel is currently in renovations. We’re verysatisfied with the quality/price ratio :)

There was some renovation work going on in the hotel, so the hallways weren't as clean, but the room itself was gorgeous with a beautiful city view. The only drawback was that the bed wasn't very comfortable. The room was clean and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay (except for slippers). There was no kettle or refrigerator.

It’s unbelievable the fact that you need to wait until exactly 3pm to check in… when we were there 3 minutes before 3pm they told us the room was not ready…. and exactly at 3pm just 3 minutes later the room was ready!!! There was only one elevator in the hotel and it was not working at the moment… we had to go up 2 floors either our bags, and no offer from the front desk to help!!!! Never again to...

I literally booked this room 3 hours before I arrived and everything was ready for my arrival. Brand new room (hotel was under construction) with modern look and very clean. Staff at front desk was helpful and efficient, I had an issue with the shower head and came back to it fixed quickly. Only negative was the layout of the bathroom - you can’t sit on the toilet properly, you must sit sideways 😂

The accessibility was great, and the staff were friendly. Being close to the subway station made it super convenient to get to the city square. The elevator was also quite unique!

Location and staff are 5 star but the rooms are on the small side and the bed was woeful. 2 single beds together and it was on an slopping angle so I kept feeling like I'd roll out of bed. We didn't take advantage of the buffet breakky but it looked great.

Chose this hotel again for the *******e time; simply amazing in a word! Delicious, extensive breakfast, wonderful beds, and the location is good in relation to the city center. I use a wheelchair myself, but that was taken into account as well. In short, looking for a few carefree days in Bruges? Then this hotel is highly recommended!!

The hotel is very nice. It's an old building, just 2 or 3 minutes from the Belfry tower. The common areas are lovely. The breakfast was very good. Everything was great.
