Exactly what we needed for a long weekend getaway. Location a bit far from the city center but definitely doable. We loved the swimming pool and the breakfast.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the rooms are spacious enough, and breakfast is excellent. The free parking lot outside the hotel is huge. It's a bit of a distance from the central train station and the old town, requiring public transportation, but getting around is convenient, with several tram stops not far away. A taxi back cost 30 euros.

All my stay in the hotel was perfect. The only problem was the television in my room not functioning. But i was offered a free breakfast which was ok for me

This is a highly recommended hotel. The location is quite good. The locals’ favorite breakfast is right outside. The sightseeing carriages pass by from time to time during the day. It is very close to various check-in spots. It is especially suitable for measuring the old town of Bruges with footsteps. The hotel is very charming and worth it.

Very unlucky that AC is not working during our stay. Although we have been provided fans and cold water, the room is still not cool enough. The hotel offers free luggage storage with no time limit. However, rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy, and the blankets are quite thin. Breakfast isn't amazing, but the location is excellent, right across from the train station. If you prioritize convenience, I'd recommend booking an inner-facing room, which should be quieter. Mold in the bathroom, with makeshift repairs next to it. The room would have been better suited for a single bed instead of a double. Breakfast itself was fine, but the tables and floor were dirty.

Nice cosy hotel in good location very close to train station and buses/trams are also easily available and only short distance from City Centre. Plus plenty of food places close by and Hotel also offers decent continental breakfast with a waffle maker too. Had a very good stay at the Holiday inn Express. Very close to the main road. Good public transport to the town. The rooms were extremely clean, the breakfast area, lobby was also spotless. The service was great. The breakfast spread was great with a good selection of food. Good parking which is charged per day.

Upon arrival, the welcome was a bit lacking, and I find the parking to be expensive at €19 per night. The bathroom is also a bit small. I'm not sure if I'll return.

We came here with some trepidation as we’d gone to the Holiday inn expo by mistake and we were familiar with that hotel.Thankfully we were pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel is. Visited this hotel many times, always good. Wish the facilities (other than basic gym amd sauna) could be improved. But other than than always clean and staff very helpful.

This is the hotel I stay at every time I visit Brussels; the service is very friendly. There's a metro station downstairs, and a park next door with a car museum. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

A few minutes walk away from Bruxelles Midi/Midi Zuid. Room is comfy and cozy. Staff were nice. The only issue I had was one towel in the bathroom was dirty/used upon check in. Housekeeping should always double check. It leaves a bad impression.

Telephone system and air conditioning system are out of order. They didn't want to fix the problem and didn't change the room for us!

Everything was excellent! Customer service was great and they were very friendly. The beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was one of the best I had ever tasted! The parking garage is limited and tight however we were able to fit our van. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!

I spent one night on a business trip in winter, no fancy period. But the hotel is good; it is very well-located and cosy. There are only two drawbacks. There is no parking at the hotel, but there is public parking around, though expensive, and the pillows are too thick and too hard. Other than that it's a nice hotel and the staff is nice.

Great location, kind staff. Everything was almost perfect, except two things: for our 3 day stay, we had to check in and check out every day and each time pay a deposit. No one seem to be able to explain why. For one of the days, our breakfast had disappeared from the reservation. There's clearly something to be improved in the reservation system.
