Wonderful welcome upon our arrival- friendly and helpful - in fact during our stay we were especially impressed by the quality of the staff everywhere- but we need to give a special thanks to the two ladies who were at reception during our stay- Stephanie and Hanae- always with a smile and very efficient.

Lovely hotel worth the money parking great food for breakfast so much to chose from for all ages and people the spa area great and we even lift a Nintendo switch and got a email regarding it and lovely close to the beach and amazing food places all fresh and tasty will be back worth the money

I stayed here and the bathroom and bed weren't bad. It's kind of like a business hotel? I chose this place because I felt Brussels was better for an overnight stay than a day trip. The location is really great. There are Asian markets and vintage markets nearby (where I found some great stuff)!! Good, good!

Very nice 2 bedroom house for 4 people + 1 baby. There is an equipped kitchen, a large living room, a television and a garden. We are about fifteen minutes walk from the sea.

Rustic, but functional holiday home The holiday home in Zeewind is fully functional and well equipped. Two small bedrooms and a decent sized common room, plus a cute garden. Heating is not perfect. The apartments are spacious but no internet. All in all, nice and good.

Excellent location, with the subway entrance right downstairs – super convenient for getting around. Breakfast was quite simple. They also have a sauna.

I had an amazing experience, the hotel staff at reception were amazing and the breakfast team were great. I had a ten over ten experience. The view from my room was stunning.

My stay was actually quite good – the location and room were fine, but the breakfast selection was a bit limited. However, what really angered me was on the first night after housekeeping cleaned the room, they took my pajamas from the bed and the luggage cover that was casually tossed on the floor, and stuffed them together onto a chair! I've stayed in hotels for many years, including budget ones...

The staff are great! It’s easy to arrive from the station by walking (approximately 10 mins) and they have a pretty spacious gym compared to most hotels.

Everything was very good, staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a very large selection, restaurant staff very friendly! Hotel location is very nice. Cleanliness at a high level.

We visited Hasselt for the two Christmas Markets, both are very beautiful. Paid parking with direct access to the hotel lobby. Bar that serves PS-Martini. PAX restuarant is about 8min walking.

Very close to the center, easy parking underneath, but cheaper in the blue boulevard only 5 min away. We had a difficult night due to a large group whi had no regard for other guests. I notified staff and because we were not alone, a very correct compensation was offered. More than satisfying breakfast buffet.

Upon arriving in our hotel room, we found the shower was broken. Initially, no other rooms were available. However, after insisting that hygiene was a priority, a room right next to ours suddenly became available. In that second room, the air conditioning didn't work, the bed was extremely low, and cleanliness was severely lacking. There were still beads from the previous guest all over the carpet

The booking with Trip included breakfast and a superior room. We were given a standard room, and breakfast wasn't included. When we showed the voucher, they referred us to Trip. The problem wasn't resolved.

The staff is very friendly. It's clean. Conveniently located. Breakfast is excellent. We only had to search for the remote control and towels. That was quickly resolved. The last morning the water was cold, so we couldn't shower.

The location is fantastic! The balcony door in our room wouldn't open, so there was no escape route or ventilation. Contact lenses from our predecessor were on the sink... Behind the curtains, dust and mold were on the walls. Too bad!

The facilities need work. The breakfast is very, very poor. Excellent location.

Hotel is neat the train station. However, the Escalator to the platform of the hotel is not working . We need to find a elevator from the car park to enter the hotel. There's carrefour express and bus station to the city center right next to the train station. Really thankful for the early checkin cuz we arrived a bit earlier. The reception is polite and helpful. The room was spacious. The price was reasonable. The hotel is next to the train station which is walkable to the town center. The staff was very friendly. There is drinking water some snacks and fruits upon arrival.

Just close to Bruges train station and walking distance to Bruges old town.

Nice service but the price is a bit high

This is our 2nd stay in this hotel as it was near the train station but quite a long walk to city centre. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will be back if we are visiting Bruges again.

Location is good., only next to Brugge train centraal. On foot takes approx 3min. carrefour convenient store just below the building, is a superb location Hotel is clean and cozy. walking distance of around 20min to central market and historical sites. overall is rated good

The hotel's location is fantastic, right across the street from a major shopping area, and just a few minutes' walk from Brussels North Station, which is super convenient. The room itself was quite small, but the bed was large. Breakfast was pretty standard, nothing spectacular. The two coffee machines were constantly broken, but they did have stir-fried noodles, which was a nice comforting option...

It was decent, I guess. For the price, staying in Brussels felt a bit cramped, but maybe hotels in Belgium are just generally expensive. It's conveniently located near the square, making it easy to get around. The hotel breakfast was quite basic.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Indigo. Right in the center of the city and close to main spots. Room was nice, really nice... and hotel is really mindful about curbing water wastage and promoting a greener Earth. The bar at the hotel is really good as well. So many good things to say.

Nice location—just a 7–8 minute walk to Nord Station, making it easy to reach other cities. It’s also about a 15–20 minute walk to Grand Place, which is very convenient for shopping. The room was decent overall, and the mattress was comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The only downside was the shower, as the water pressure was quite weak and could definitely be improved.

The hotel location is good and close to the attractions but the room is a bit small (I booked a standard double room) and can hardly find a space to open my suitcase

Nice and Clean hotel, locate in the city walk area. Easy to explore city by foot. Carrefour express is just opposite hotel. Private Parking lots is just connect to hotel entrance.

You get one bottle of water per stay (no matter how may people how many days). No lobby bar.

Nice hotel with convenient self check-in and check-out. The room and bathroom are small and not very spacious, amenities just the essentials but no hair dryer that didn't help. Overall ok for a one-night stay. The location is excellent, you can reach all the main tourist attractions within a few minutes.

No hair dryer was provided unless requested, which was inconvenient. Free tea and coffee were available, but the machine was always out of milk. Hotel rooms in Europe are relatively small, but they are separated into dry and wet areas, and the bed is moderately soft and hard, which meets the needs of business trips. It is only 20 meters away from the train station, which is very close. The hotel service is very good, they booked a taxi and even helped me with late check-out.

Great city centre location, lovely rooms. The car park in on a one way street (underground) before you get to the hotel, you turn in, use the intercom and they open the barrier. You can then park and take the lift to reception to check in. Bikes can also be stored. Lovely building. You will need to pay your city tax on departure.

Enjoyed our stay at Martin's Klooster, good location and a tidy room. Loved the attention to detail in the monastery look of the room. Would recommend!

The hotel is OK, but there are not many things that are needed for many majors. The rooms are also average and there are no special services. However, it is convenient for the university. However, it is not recommended to stay in Guwen Music Luwen for business trips. It is really not a very convenient city and you have to walk.

The space is large. The rooms are a bit hard to find, though. Otherwise, it's good. The bed is comfortable, and the hotel environment is quite nice. The facilities are a little old, but still acceptable. The location is excellent.

There's no toilet in the room, but there is a shower. Toilets and an additional shower are in the hallway. Everything is clean and tidy, but very basic. No luxury, just perfectly fine! The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent! It's also great that they've already prepared breakfast for the trail runners at night!

It's a really nice place to stay in Bouillion and the view is amazing in the morning. Most important the staff is very helpful.

I stayed here after a tip from a friend and she was right, it is worth it. Everything is clean, there is a big breakfast buffet with fresh and tasty products. I had a good night's sleep and the showers give hot water. And what a view over Bouillon and it's famous castle. WiFi is working well. Very friendly staff, would recommend it.

Excellent location close to the square and the Menin Gate. Lovely room, although layout a little strange with sink in the room and separate wc and shower. Shower wasn't as clean as we would have liked and leaked out into the room, so perhaps the design needs addressing. Really comfortable bed and complimentary water was appreciated. Bar closed at 10.30pm.

We went to Ypres to visit the WW1 sites and museums. This hotel was located in the city centre. The city itself is beautiful. Mostly car free, lots of cute cafes. The hotel was excellent. Great service. Spacious rooms with everything you need including a nespresso machine and lots of USB charigng facilities.

The room was very beautiful. The service was also very good. There was a timetable for buses from the train station. I used to work at ieper, so I felt it was okay. But most people would not go to such a remote place.

I’ll start with the good. The rooms were large, comfortable, tastefully decorated and the views across the river through the huge windows were gorgeous. The beds I would say were probably the biggest most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The bathroom was spacious and just really nice. The hotel location was perfect. Now for the not so good. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping was friendly...

Location is great, just downhill off the Citadel of Namur, which is definitely a place worth to visit.  You can do free street parking just outside of the hotel from 17:00-09:00.  From 9:00 - 17:00 you can also do the free street parking but the max hours is 3hrs.  Overall a great experience to stay here.

Our experience was ruined by the inconsiderate behavior of neighboring French guests, who made excessive noise past midnight ( between 12:30 until 4:30 am….)Despite the constant loud music, shouting, and banging on the walls, and slamming the doors etc maybe they lost some money at ******. The servers were all very professional, their movements were quick and efficient, and the customer experience was fantastic! 👍 It was so delicious, I finished it all in no time and even forgot to take pictures, hahaha.

Great hotel with clean, modern rooms and a beautiful view over the Meuse River. The service was nice and professional, and overall the stay was very pleasant. The only downside was that the check-out process took quite a long time due to a queue building up in the morning. Aside from that, a very good experience and a hotel I’d recommend.

The night Duty reception staf (15/12/25) shall need training about how to meet arriving guest, how to talk with guest and how to check reservations. He doesnt have any idea about hotel management. Need CRM and training. But for sure he has some problems with people, ıf he doesnt want to make this job, than he should not. Because as guest after long travel, we DO NOT want to see this kind of hotel staff...

Hotel is ok with clean and spacious rooms and spa and swimming pool good. The only bad experience was dinner in the restaurant. Service was appalling - we waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order. No one came so we had to go up to the waiters to ask them to do it. We then waited another half hour for the food to arrive. The whole meal took about two hours. The waiter didn’t speak any English...
