We had a really nice stay, the room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We only interacted with the front desk during check in and checkout, but they were very friendly. The lobby looks grand. There was free fruits, coffee, and water in the lobby. We felt it was worth the price we paid.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! Location is average~ There is a supermarket nearby before 8 o'clock, but nothing else, not counting hotels and restaurants. Nice hotel in a really good location. The City Centre is easily reached on foot. Rooms were nice enough, perhaps a slight upgrade of rooms needed. We were woken every time someone in another surrounding room turned their shower on - really loud plumbing noise. We would have struggled to stay any loner than 2 nights due to the noise. The room was very nice, the location was convenient and the staff were quite helpful, but the thing I liked the most was the breakfast because there were many vegan options. All the food was great, but what I enjoyed most were the two kinds of vegan cheese, the vegan yogurt with nuts and dried fruits as toppings and the falafel.

The room is comfortable and clean.  I would say it is good 4 stars hotel.  I had dinner in the restaurant and surprisingly the food were delicious.  Only issue is the hotel didn’t provide a bell boy in the entrance to greet and assist the visitors.

The hotel assigned us a pet-friendly room without asking for our consent, which was unexpected and not something we agreed to. Additionally, the furniture in the room is quite outdated, and the bathroom has a drainage issue where the water does not drain properly.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to all the major attractions. However, the service needs improvement. On the day we were checking out, a staff member actually knocked on our door to clean the room at around 7 AM! And then claimed we hadn't put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign! Such service quality makes this hotel seem overrated.

We loved our overnight stay at the hotel, easy to access public transport to and from there. Our family room with two beds were super comfy and big enough for all 3 of us. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and decent quality.

Nice hotel. not quite in the center, but possible to walk there in 20 minutes. Love the Sauna on the 25th floor with a great view and can warmly recommend the restaurant (the Iris) which has a limited menu, but all dishes on it are very well prepared (we ate our way through). I booked a room on Trip.com and requested a 'fireworks view' in the comments, if possible. I received the booking confirmation → OK. The hotel feels outdated. The rooms are old and in need of renovation. Also, just a note that the access to the spa and pool isn’t included, there’s an extra charge of €45. Not what you’ll expect from a “5-star” hotel. On top of that, we were charged twice for our city taxes, which was very frustrating to deal with. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not stay here again

Super worth stay at this hotel with the cleanliness & low cost. Location wise is the the most convenient to Grand place but it’s still a good option for those who want to have city walk and get a good hotel with cheaper price . The lobby looks very grand and there’s good service provided by the hotel to help to bring up the luggage to your room upon arrival.

Sadly the hotel has gone downhill since we last visited. The rooms are not as clean as you’d expect. We had to chase for our room to be made up one day. There was no hot water one day for me to shower. The hot breakfast was like. We won’t be back to Martin’s!

The hygiene was poor, and the place was very old. There were hardly any staff, and the power even went out once during my stay. The only redeeming quality was the nice garden outside the window. It's okay for a one-night stay if you have an early Flixbus the next day.

It's a bit of a distance from the central train station and the old town, requiring public transportation, but getting around is convenient, with several tram stops not far away.
