Premier Copacabana Hotel in Rio De Janeiro

The staff were great. Unfortunately my first room had no Wi-Fi so the manager was kind enough to move me to a different room the second day. He upgraded me because of the inconvenience. Unfortunately it was the same problem. It seemed like the entire building was struggling with the Wi-Fi. The beds were rockhard. I would suggest to the cleaning staff to clean under the beds. But overall, I was happy. If the Wi-Fi would’ve worked, I would’ve called it. Excellent value for the money. If you stay here, you have to go get the filet mignon from the restaurant. If you ask for it medium rare, they make it perfect. I spent almost 2 months in Brazil and that steak both times I got it was in the top five steaks I’ve had ever in my life.

I recommend this hotel, the location is perfect, the staff is friendly.

Location is very good. It is close to copacabana beach and subway station. However the male receptions are not friendly. They should smile at the guests.

Excellent facilities, very well located, in front of the subway and Itaú bikes, which allows for great mobility as well.
The view from the room was also very good.
The room was very cozy for a couple, apart from the noise from the air conditioning. The shower had good water pressure.
Food and drinks at the hotel were also excellent.
The stay was excellent.
