The day I arrived, the receptionist was so rude that I almost canceled my reservation. I was even afraid to ask for a blanket and made a makeshift arrangement to avoid getting cold. The next day, the staff member was more helpful.
The mattress was brown and had some suspicious stains. Water was leaking from the shower stall, and the sink was a bit clogged. The blanket was awful.
On the second-to-last day of my stay, they didn't clean my room. But they put clean sheets and a towel in after I spoke to them.
The room was also very noisy. The air conditioning in the other rooms was very loud, and my own air conditioning was also very loud, like a turbine. I couldn't sleep well at night or in the morning, because I could hear everything they were talking about outside.
Breakfast was very simple. I didn't even feel like eating properly. Based on the reviews I read here, I expected something better.
We have had everything we needed during our four days stay.
