The receptionist appeared unhurried and leisurely called the taxi company. They told me which car was waiting and would contact the driver

I had never expected the people of São Paulo to be so kind and efficient! I was both surprised and touched! My bag was in the back seat

The pool was not very clean, let's say. The breakfast was very rich and varied. The room had good locks and the noise from the street could not be heard.

My stay was great, I just had to make one observation about the shower with the water spread out a lot and the air conditioning that was turning on and off straight away and they couldn't fix it, besides everything was wonderful, the cleanliness of the room and especially the super attentive attendant Renato at the desk

In the room, I'm not sure if it was because of the intermittent noise of a motor near the elevator. The room lights didn't turn off completely, leaving a dim light that also didn't stop flickering. Excellent breakfast.

There is also a spa as well but didn't get to check it out. I would recommend staying here as it is well located next to shops and restaurants!

Hotel has lots of rooms and services them daily, while I appreciate that, it feels they are understaffed on their cleaning crew since we ran out of tissues and toilet paper more than once, shower soap container was empty on the day before we left and we had to improvise putting soap from the sink in a cup to shower

Room is clean., but quite noisy because of flight and motorbike on main road. No Electricity for 2 nights and days but charge in full. As the boy said, this is São Paolo.
