A bit aged, but confortable and large rooms. Just half block from the WTC convention center. Many options of restaurants around. Very isolated after dark, you should just move around by taxi or Uber at night time.

The place is nicely designed but needs more care, More care about the place and more care about the guests. Restaurant closes early so room service is not always available

Sauna is not always on and you have to inform reception to turn it on for you

The breakfast was great. Staff was amazing even though there was a language barrier we managed well. Location, easy walk to quite a few attractions and restaurants.

The hotels in downtown Sao Paulo are quite old. This one is relatively old and fairly clean inside. The decoration and facilities are not as good as those in China, and it costs 100 US dollars

The room type was okay, but the bed in the standard room was a bit small.

Very well located hotel, in a quiet area near Avenida Paulista, without heavy traffic and with many restaurants. The rooms are very spacious, a quality not very common in hotels in large Brazilian cities

Clean apartment, good amenities, friendly staff, especially Alexandra. Only downside is it is close to CGH Airport approach, so you may hear the noise of planes landing through 11pm

We stayed 5 nights in Feb 2026, with our 5yo. Great location - easy and safe walking to lots of great places (craft beer, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, even a kids cafe with a play area)

Really nice instalations, good localization (best option in the west zone of Sao Paulo) and nice restaurants around (Braz, Emporium Alto de Pinheiros, Cervejaria Nacional, Nb Steak...).

Had a phenomenal stay here. Our group of 4 stayed in the master suite which was so spacious! The overall rooms were clean. The bathrooms also felt spacious. Would definitely stay here again!

We were close to carnival blocos, but the hotel felt quiet and safe. We took Uber to travel further. Nice spot for running, along the shaded bike path

Our room was great, with a double bed and a sofa couch, plus a jacuzzi bath tub. We swam in the outside pool every day. It's a bit on the cold side but our daughter still spent a long time there

Room was comfortable and always cleaned. Towels and toiletries were provided daily. Staff was always available and willing to assist. Great air conditioner. Breakfast very nice as well.

Booked during the exhibition, the price doubled, the hotel is relatively old, and it happened to be renovated, the experience is average, the breakfast is the same as most Brazilian hotels, not too good, not too bad

Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment and very close to the famous Paulista Avenue

Moreover, if you stay for a week, you have to swipe the room card at the front desk every day, otherwise you can't open the door the next day. You also have to connect to the room wifi once a day

The location is good, but the service is mixed. The waiter at the door who helped with the luggage was very enthusiastic, but the front desk and restaurant were very different

The rooms are very noisy due to thin windows and walls which expose the rooms to heavy street noise, including a few restaurants and bars at ground level

What I want to complain about the most is the elevator and room card. You have to swipe the card first, then press the floor and then press confirm

Some of the hotel staff know English, the top floor has a balcony with a great view, a pool, but the gym doesn't have good equipment. No complaints with the room.

18 story building from the 1980s. The bones are all there but it's starting to look rather 'beat up' on the interior. Not part of any chain it seems, but shows in the lack of corporate standards

I think this place is waiting for a new owner to pump some money into it. Hotels take a beating and the finishes are re-done every 6-7 years

To be honest had a few problems arriving with some noise from renovations (hotel upgrades) BUT THE STAFF WAS AMAZING!!! TRULY CARES ABOUT US!! THEY DID NOT TRY AND BLAME US ! Or make us feel bad about our complaint

3 min walk to a great shopping mall! I would highly recommend the stay here. It's not super upscale but nice. And will fill most everyone's needs. Is I hope they will learn to change the breakfast every day or two

In stead very very professional understood our concern and moved us and even tried to upgrade us!!!! They were extremely patient and understanding of ALL our needs and concerns as we have special needs child

If staying long it gets very repetitive they should change at least some of the options every day or two. I really enjoy the staff truly caring about their customers and willing to do almost anything for us

Great place where we spend couple of nights. Big room with a small balcony. Only you can hear the neighbour rooms a little. I can imagine a lot when they would be loud

The staff was incredible, as our flight was 24hrs delayed I contacted Orbits and the hotel questioning if there was anything they could help me and for my surprise, Natalia from the front desk called me back (while i was waiting for our flight in New York) with the news that she was able to prorate my booking !!!! The room we booked was a basic triple, kind of small but perfect for our 4 day stay

We had an early international flight from SP and had to spend the night in the city. This hotel is greatly located and the price was reasonable. The room that we got was small and it was too small for our large suitcases

Now that The Capital turned into a Grand Mercure by Accor, the rooms are being gradatively reformed, the new rooms look larger and modern, so if you have the chance, try to get one of those!

The room was quite large, but the bathroom was small. However, it was located in an upscale area, which was relatively safe, and there were many restaurants nearby.

Very well located if you intend to stay in this business area of the city. Staff was nice, it took a little while to check-out as there were a lot of people queueing to check-in, it was ok though.

The slippers in the hotel are great! The only drawback is that there is construction around the hotel and the noise is too loud!!!

The room was large and spacious, and the view from the higher floors was excellent. The washing machine and microwave were very useful, but you'll need to bring your own laundry detergent

This is an apartment-style suite hotel with breakfast included. There are quite a few Asian guests here, making it very suitable for families

Matiz Manhattan hotel is the best stay options in Jardins. It's a great value for the price, and the location is perfect.

You get a whole apartment with a balcony for a really great price. The pool upstairs is just wonderful. The apartment itself depends on whether you get a renovated unit or not

There is a warm swimming pool with a panoramic view of Sao Paulo in the last floor. There we can relax in comfortable chairs too

I’ve stayed here before and I had a renovated unit, but this time I had an older unit that hasn’t been renovated all the same

Breakfast was normal. The key point is that it's very close to Paulista Avenue, almost in the city center.

The rooms are massive, and clean, with everything you could need, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, ac, tv, spare towels and spare blanket. The breakfast buffet although not massively equipped, fresh and very tasty

Breakfast was not included in my booking. Air conditioning was strong and clean. Bathroom was clean but old fashioned. The shower worded fine but the faucet was defected. Overall the room was ok, nothing special
